The debate

Just my *one paragraph* extra credit rant on the debate tonight. Just gonna put that here In the two minutes before the debate started I couldn't help but instantly notice what Lester holt said right before. "Despite that, this is the presidential debate" this struck me right away because at this point sitting down to watch the debate is like sitting down to watch reality tv in both cases you walk away disgusted. The Only good art about reality tv is that you can walk away knowing it's fake. Unfortunately it doesn't work the same way for the debate. Trumps remarks on abortion were horrible. As he talked about "ripping babies" out of women a day before they would be born it was truly horrific. He doesn't take into account the fact that many abortions are a result of a direct health issues for the women. If a women gets pregnant but giving birth threatens her life she should have the right to abort the child. Otherwise you condemn the women and possibly the newborn to death, or you force the child into foster care and adoption systems. On another note relating to women, More allegations have been made against trump regarding sexual assault and rape. Trump can't seem to get a story straight, he constantly goes from degrading and harassing women to saying things like "I have the most respect for women" this is really horrific.This is a man who says he has respect for women right after saying that a women is too ugly for him to have raped her and then denies 11 claims of rape and assault while continuing to try and convince voters to vote for him. I want to ask trump if he has respect for the women who have come forward with rape accusations. Does he have respect for the woman who was "not good looking enough" for him to rape? Does he have respect for the women he degrades for their appearance? Or is his respect only for the women who somehow still support him through everything he has said? This also comes back around to Hilary’s emails. Again and again he holds her to this email scandale. What about the deleted emails? That's a crime, keeping government secrets! Yet she has apologized at every debate and at every chance she had and she has spoken directly to the problem and yet it's still his only defense against rape accusations! He deflects direct evidence of him speaking about harassment and women who claim to have been harassed by just saying emails and instantly the attacking turns back to an outdated over discussed scandal that comes to a scale no where close to having a possible rapist and/or sex offender running the country. It also really bothers me that he attacks Bill Clinton and then uses it as a form of attacking her. He says that Bill made a bad decision as president and uses it against her somehow. I am willing to listen to Trump complain about Bill Clinton when it's Bill Clinton running for president. She is not her husband. She has different values and ideas and she is not directly attached to him. He also constantly refers to her time in the senate and as Secretary of State. I really don't know the extent of trumps knowledge about our government here in the United States but one person can't just make something happen right away. America wasn't created overnight. The things that Hilary wants to pass have to go through the entire government and if it gets voted off even once then it's done and she has to start again. It's not because Hilary didn't try anything it's because THAT'S HOW THE GOVERNMENT WORKS! And if he doesn't know that then maybe he needs to read up on it cause I think that understanding basic government and the basics of passing laws is something he should know if he's going to run for president. I'm sorry for ranting but this debate just made me so angry. In conclusion this actually was the last presidential debate and If Donald trump somehow pulls through based on this debate and wins I will have lost all hope for both the future of our country and the state of the country right now.
