There are people who go the gym to workout then there are people who live at the gym. Oh and those to creep there too. Which one are you? And I lift 125 - 130 - 135 lbs. scale. Clean and split jerk, one Olympic movement that is used in crossfit WODs. I should not be yelled at for doing this exercise at the SERC Center. I am staying fit and getting my lift on.
