We’ve received a lot of questions regarding ticket sales. The following is everything you need to know before tickets go on sale on Saturday, February 21st!
Tickets are being sold through a call center service. The phone number will be released at least an hour before ticket sales are to begin. That information will be posted on our website and all of our SNS accounts, including Twitter, Google+, and Facebook.
The phone number will be the same for all three ticket tiers.
The three ticket tiers that will be on sale on Saturday are VVIP, VIP, and ANGEL 1. ANGEL 2 & 3 will not be on sale until March 14th, so please do not call the phone number if you plan to purchase ANGEL 2 or 3.
VVIP, VIP, and ANGEL 1 will go on sale at the following times. Please do not call before your desired ticket is scheduled to go on sale, as it will not be available for purchase until that exact time.
Purchasing your tickets is very simple. When the assistant answers, this is the information needed to complete your purchase.
Specify ticket type and quantity. (ex. “2 VVIP tickets, please”)
You will need to supply the PURCHASER’S INFORMATION, including name (the name on the card being used), billing address, phone number, and email address. Please note that this email address needs to be accessible because that is where your order confirmation will be sent.
Have your card ready, as the assistant will need your payment information. The cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We would strongly advise against trying to pay with any prepaid gift cards. They may not be accepted.
After your payment has been processed and the phone assistant verbally confirms your order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterward. This confirmation email will need to be shown at the venue on April 11th to claim your ticket(s), so please do not delete it.
After you have purchased the tickets, you’re set, but please remember the following important information for ticket pick-up.
To claim your tickets, you will need both the order confirmation email that you receive upon completing your purchase and the purchaser’s photo ID.
These do not need to be physical copies. If you have the email and a photo of the purchaser’s ID on a mobile device, that is just as acceptable as a email printout and physical ID card.
Acceptable forms of ID are: government issued photo identification card, passport, and drivers license.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to use our contact form at www.teentopinla.com/contact and a Team Angel staff member will respond as soon as possible.
