Forcebutching him by taping his chest while he sleeps. Slowly applying the tape, moulding his chest into what it's supposed to be. Then waiting for him to wake up and notice the difference. Watching him wake up and slowly realise that he feels different, his shirt hangs differently over his shoulders, his chest is flat. Making him stare at himself in the mirror, and committ the image of his flat chest to memory, so he never forgets what he should look like.
