We need to invent more at home deficiency tests. Like I want to be able to pee on a stick or prick my finger and find out my iron levels or B12 levels. Obviously you should never make big choices without a doctor but I shouldn’t have to waste either hundreds of my own or tax money + medical staff time just to see if my iron is better now😅

I low-key I don’t care if I have a flat stomach every day - like it’s not at all a good indicator of progress for me. Don’t 3at for a day and go to the loo = flat✨. If I see a bigger th1gh g4p or th1nner arms - THEN IM HAPPY. Bcs some of that can be bl0at - yes - but the other variables (that may make them smaller or larger) are so much less!! Like these actually show f4t l0ss progress💖💖!!!

It sucks to have plans not to 3at ruined by other people. But have you ever had plans TO 3at ruined ??? I make sure to 3at at 6 bcs I know I’ll b1nge if I push it too late.
