According to my idea, Belle has CWD (Chronic wasting disease), but since she is not just a deer, but a beastman, the disease lasts longer and manifests itself in occasional seizures. During one of these seizures, she goes down to the player's basement without fear of being caught or noticed. This is because the disease dulls any instincts of self-preservation. You may notice that there are no signs of torture on her body, no scars or cuts. This is due to the fact that Strade was a little uncomfortable with Belle, and sometimes when she came into his bedroom because of another attack, he got scared every time and went to sleep with the player in the basement or called Ren to do something with Belle. Stride immediately decided to give her to Ren, stating that Belle, like the beastman deer, is a victim, while Ren is a predator.
