Thing #5 Both Springpad and Bamboo Paper are going to be useful for organization purposes through work. Daily activities, appointments, and even keeping tract of job duties for my yearly review will work well with these apps.

Thing #4 Zite seems like a fun thing to have, but I do not want all this on my smart phone because it takes up too much space. I would rather this be on my personal computer.
Thing 3
I loaded a QR app on my phone. There is something fun you can do with this that I learned from our World Book rep. In the 2014 World Book there are some bar codes that can be scanned. For instance Tree. Scan the code and a video will come up. This enhances the information the encyclopedia. This can be an added benefit for students.
Thing 2
I have now made it a habit to clear the previous websites and notifications from my phone so it doesn't drain anymore of my battery than it already does.
I have already learned a lot just from Thing 1. I had no idea how to blog. Now, I have learned how to set up an account in Tumblr and respond to this post. I am excited to learn more modern technology.
