the blonde raised a brow at the familiar boy, wondering what had caused the way he was reaction to the place when she knew he worked there — or worked. “it has huge cockroaches and you still served me their food?”

“ no worries. i made sure you were being served the food which no roach dared step on. you’re safe. ” he declared, obviously joking about the whole cockroach thing. however, on a second thought, infesting the place with roaches didn’t seem like such a bad idea — just for the hell of it.

Lucas couldn’t help but manage a smile at the massive graffiti. Not that he had any reason to, but he’d always had an affinity to minor vandalism. “I’ll remember not to, though, is there any other apparent reason for the– new decorative paint?”, he replied to the guy, who– pretty clearly so– was the artist.

“ the owner had a stick up his ass and i kindly asked him if he needed help getting it out. he didn’t take it well, to say the least. ” roy explained, a subtle shrug of his shoulders followed. he reached into his pocket and brought out his cigarettes, shook two of them loose, and offered one to the guy. “ i’m feeling pretty generous today. ”

Yes, it had been the– as far as she recalled– most disgusting sandwich he had eaten to date, but it somehow still amused her at the same time. “’think I’ll pass. I’d rather suffer through this than have another suprise”

“ i watched an episode of masterchef and got inspired. guilty as charged. ” roy admitted, laughing. culinary skills had never been his forté. hell, it was a miracle he hadn’t set a kitchen on fire yet because he was THAT bad. “ i can’t argue with you on that. we should probably get some water though. ”
