StencilMask™ is a unique process which makes the job of repairing the damaged mask site locations much faster. Start by slowly peeling off the backing material of the custom made stencil. Next place the StencilMask™ on the PCB after aligning it over the select area. Solder mask is then rolled in to the apertures on the stencil. Depending on the cure method, whether that be in an oven for a thermal cure or in the presence of a UV light source, the mask material is cured. After curing the stencil is peeled off exposing the select area with the replaced solder mask.
