Everything becomes more clearer when you define your purpose. I felt very anxious towards the end of last year and the reason was because I didn't know what I wanted in life.

Be selfish with your time and take more time to think about what matters in your life. Take a step back at your current job and check to see how are you feeling every day on the job.

Teaching myself traits that I wont be able to learn from someone else. Being comfortable enough in your own skin and believing in yourself has been my focus these past few months. I sometimes wish I did not spend so much time worrying and caring about what is going to happen and just execute more. I would be waiting my whole life if I did not instill more action in my life.

somethings that helped along the way was having a support system. surround yourself with energy that supports growth and ideas. you need the right people around you to protect your ideas.
