They were like two magnets who couldn’t decide whether to attract or repel.

I know it’s over, and it never really began, but in my heart it was so real.

I have a weak heart but strong legs, and that’s why I ran away from you.

“Excuse me, but would you like this soda? I swear I pressed the Dasani button, and the vending machine gave me a Coke instead. I don’t drink soda, but I would hate for it to go to waste.”
“Sorry, not a huge soda drinker either,” Beth replied, eyes still fixated on the magazine in front of her. She was circling every grammatical error she came across in the supposedly “professional” copy; she knew her own grammar was something to be appalled by, but this was just disgraceful. Commas where they’re should have been semicolons; no oxford commas anywhere;--she knew it wasn’t a true grammar rule, but oxford commas provided clarity and it was needed in these articles--the wrong form of “they are” was even used in some areas. “It’s a Coke, though, you said? Unopened? I can take it off your hands and pass it onto my assistant.”
*cough cough* check out my babe’s bio here also yeah it’s rife with grammatical errors, I know
BETH IN THREE CHARACTERS;;
Alexander Hamilton - “I will not equivocate on my opinion. I have always worn it on my sleeve.”
Ambitious, outspoken, incredibly smart, amazing writers, both ruined relationships for their careers/reputations and ended up ruining that too.
Miranda Priestly - “Did you fall down and smack your little head on the pavement?”
Demanding, impatient, snarky, brutally honest, and takes no shit.
Wednesday Addams - “You severely underestimate my apathy.”
Independent, weird, morbid, introverted, and apathetic.
Your voice.. It just feels like home. I miss it. I miss all of you so much.
I’m sorry (via daffodils)

Beth Pearson: a moodboard (1/?)
You and I, we didn’t fall in love. We were parallels. I was a cold, block of emotions, and you were warmth. Around you I melted. You and I, we melted in love.
