you swore that this is literally the most dangerous path you had ever taken in your life. it's a place where you weren't used to going, but you had no choice since you had to run away from a man who tried to kidnap you along with him.
now you're here, lost in the forest, hoping that he doesn't come here to find you. you saw the man holding a knife, which means that he really wanted to murder you alive.
with a racing heart and worried mind, you wandered around the forest, keeping in sights of danger in your eyes. “everything is good…for now.” you said. the full moon was shining brightly, and it looked pretty big although it was far from the ground.
you heard footsteps, heavy footsteps. it sounded like the footsteps of your upcoming murderer. “ah, fuck.” you whispered, hiding behind a large tree. you closed your eyes in fright, before opening them up.
you took a peek and saw the same man, with the same knife that he was holding. you couldn't run away or else you'd risk your life. your lips kept shut, bead of sweat escaping your forehead. “this can't be, is this the end of my life?” you thought.
luck really wasn't by your side, the man found you and was about to stab you with the knife before he was pounced on by a wolf. the wolf scratched the flesh of his skin, disarming him. low growls can be heard from the wolf.
you looked at the wolf before looking at the man's ruined body. “this wolf…saved me…?” you thought. the wolf shape shifted to a human, which left you in shock, again. “y-you're a human too?” you asked.
“yes, i am. i'm not a wolf hybrid but a werewolf. i saw that you were in danger, so i saved you.” he said. “you're safe now. go back home.” he continued. “but i lost the way home.” you said. “i can help you find it.” he responded.
the two of you then walked out of the forest and went towards your neighbourhood, locating the row of houses. as you found the right one, you looked around and finally saw your house.
“this is my house.” you said, pointing at it. “do you mind if i come in with you?” he asked. “uh…sure.” you were totally unsure but ended up letting him in. you took your keys and unlocked the door.
you immediately went to the living hall and lied down on the sofa, leaning your head against the handrest. “that must've been terrifying.” he said. “it really was. when they said that crime cases are increasing, they really meant it. luckily i'm moving out in a week to a safer city.” you answered.
“all what matters now is that you're safe. and…i haven't known your name yet.” he said. “y/n.” you simply responded. “that's a pretty name, y/n. my name's k, but my real name is koga yudai.” he said.
“does everyone call you k?” you asked him back. “most people, if not everyone.” he replied. “aren't you going back to the forest?” you asked again. “i want you to be safe for the next two days, y/n. i don't want any harm to get to you.” he said. “i can't get you hurt.”
you looked at him with adoration. how can a werewolf be this…affectionate and considerate? “i rarely see people this considerate like you.” you said. “not many werewolves are like me, some are worse. they said that werewolves with nice attitudes only come in a few.” he answered.
you only nodded at his answers, he really was a rare kind of werewolf. “again, thanks for saving me from that creep.” you said, involuntarily wrapping your arms around his waist, pulling yourself into a hug.
k was a little flustered at your actions but returned it back. “don't thank me. it's my job to ensure that you're safe at all time.” he said.
ever since then, k acts as your personal bodyguard whenever you go outside of the house, until the day you moved out of the city to a safer place. but he's always there if you need him, just pay a visit at his cosy hideout. it was apparently pretty near to your new house.
once lived a teenager who had a passion towards the piano. the pianist wasn't really famous in her life, but as soon as she was sent to the afterlife due to an accident, her fame increased gradually. it was said that she came back to earth to investigate her own fame.
you were sent back to earth and the first thing you did was search for a piano. it took you hours to find one, and finally, you found it. it's a normal grand piano that you had in your house when you were alive before.
you sat down on the chair and pressed your fingers against the white keys, releasing a familiar tune. you loved playing this song, it reminded you of the winter you enjoy most. slowly, little by little, the memory creeps in and your fingers swiftly catched up with the rhythm and the notes.
the melody had reached the whole city and everyone came out of their houses just to listen to it. no one was able to see you, except for one. it's a man, who looked like he's around your age.
fifteen minutes later, the melody ends and no one seemed to find out that you were the one playing it. you got up from the seat and looked around, in your eyes, there were many people. in their eyes, they could not see you.
“excuse me? are you the pianist that plays the winter melody?” he asked. “yes. it's me.” you said. “you're amazing.” he continued. “thank you. no one seemed to know that i was the one who played the song on the piano.” you replied.
he gasped in shock. “you're not real in their eyes?” he asked. “i am real, i'm in my phantom form.” you answered. “what happened?” he asked again. “an accident on the road stole my life. but i was given the opportunity to come back on earth to look at the fame i got after i died.” you replied.
“people keep calling me weird because i could see spirits.” he said. “only a few people are blessed with such ability.” you said. “what's your name? my name's yuma. nakakita yuma.” he asked.
“my name's y/n. as what you know, phantoms are not real but in your eyes, they are.” you answered again. “are you going back to the skies? when can we meet again?” yuma asked.
“he really seemed to have a lot of questions about me.” you thought. “in two months, sadly. i can't come back here often.” you answered. “that's okay with me, y/n. i don't mind waiting for a beautiful ghost like you.” he said. “all right then. i shall go. i'll see you again in february.” you said, slowly disappearing in yuma's sight.
yuma couldn't believe his eyes, he really met the famous late pianist everyone was talking about? but she's a phantom. no one believed that phantoms are real, he does. nevertheless, yuma silently awaits for february, just to wait for his favourite phantom pianist to come back on earth and reunite with her.
winter has arrived, the season where most people are looking forward to. the season where the snow falls, the season of christmas. you really wanted to go outside and play with the snow, but your sickness said otherwise.
you were totally unsure how you caught a cold, it happened a few days ago. you came down with a high fever and you had to go to the doctor to get a diagnosis, and she diagnosed you with flu. it was flu season at that time before winter arrived.
here you are, layers of blankets wrapping you warm and a cup of hot mocha on the table in front of you. “y/n, do you need anything else?” gyuvin asked. “where's my cold pack?” you asked back. “it's with me.” he said, handing it to you.
“thanks.” you replied, putting the cold pack on your forehead. “it sucks being sick at this moment. i really wanted to build snowmans at the backyard with you.” you said. “but we have the whole month of december! i can wait for longer.” gyuvin said.
“right…winter isn't only for a few days, it's for a few months.” you said. “once i've recovered, where do you want to go? what do you want to do?” you asked. “a lot of things, y/n. maybe we could have snowball fights like we usually do every winter.” he answered.
“good idea.” you said, slowly sipping your hot mocha. “aren't you cold, gyuvin? i swear i am freezing…although i have blankets on.” you said. gyuvin didn't say anything, instead he looked at all the heaters you installed in the living room.
“y/n, you forgot to turn them on..” he said, turning the heaters on until the second-highest intensity. it's what you usually set your heaters to, not too low and not too high that results in your house getting really hot.
once gyuvin turned on the heaters, he sat a few metres away from you. “that’s better.” you exhaled out a sigh. “can’t wait to recover from this sickness so i can have fun with you.” you continued.
“don’t rush your recovery, y/n! we have lots of time to ourselves. just rest for now.” he said. “right..” you replied.
gyuvin was scared to cuddle with you like he usually did but he's always there if you need anything.
and once you're fully recovered, your plan's in effect. you and gyuvin built snowmans that reminded you two of his bandmates and had a snowball fight which was filled with a lot of laughter. winters are never dull when you have gyuvin by your side.

You still remembered it vividly, the day the doctor said you had a disease with no known cure. It had been a devastating revelation, one that left you and your husband reeling for weeks afterward.
Things were fairly easy in the beginning. Aside from the weekly doctor visits, everything continued as usual for a while. Then one day you noticed that simple things like going upstairs and walking around the house exhausted you, leaving you tired for the rest of the day. Every day when Hongjoong came home from work, he found you perched on the couch looking like you just ran a marathon. He’d kiss you softly, then go change and start in on the housework. You felt awful for not being able to help him, but when you brought it up he just shrugged.
“I can manage.” He told you. “It’s not that big a deal.”
But you could see that it was, in fact, a very big deal. The stress of having to go to work, then come home and do all the things you used to be able to do was wearing him thin. Sometimes you felt like you were more concerned with his health than your own, but there was quite literally nothing you could do.
Sometime near the end of November, Hongjoong reached his boiling point. Suspended from work for getting into a fight with a colleague, he decided to take you away on what would probably be your last vacation. Your family owned a cabin in the nearby mountains, and it had become something of a Christmas tradition for the two of you to spend the holiday all warm and cosy in that little cabin. So you packed up and began the now-familiar drive into the country, ready to get away from all the stress and anxiety that hung heavy in your house.
“We’re here!” Hongjoong murmured, gently rousing you back to wakefulness. You shook the sleep from your eyes and pushed open the passenger car door, sliding out into the crisp winter air. Hongjoong unlocked the cabin’s front door and let you sit on the bed to begin unpacking things while he went to purchase a week’s worth of groceries to start with.
As you sat on the comfy double bed and emptied out one suitcase after another, you found yourself thinking back on your life and if you had really lived it to the fullest. Could you confidently face your end with no regrets? You weren’t sure. Maybe talking it over with Hongjoong would help you put things in perspective.
The rustling of plastic bags broke you from your thoughts as your husband re-entered the cabin. You stood and went to watch him unbag everything and put it all away, smiling at how lucky you were to have someone as kind and caring as Hongjoong. He was everything you could’ve ever asked for in a partner, plus so much more. You wouldn’t have anyone else by your side through all of this, not even your parents or your best friends.
Hongjoong saw you standing in the doorway and stopped to smile at you. He could see the lingering worry in your expression and walked over, pulling you close and wrapping his arms around you.
“What’s wrong, love? Is something bothering you?”
You let out a sigh, hesitating, then slowly nodded your head. “A little, yeah.”
Hongjoong guided you into the living room and sat beside you on the sofa, dark eyes watching you intently. Taking a deep breath, you began to share with him the thoughts you’d had just moments ago. Hongjoong listened patiently, waiting until he was sure you’d said everything before voicing his response.
“You know what I think? I think that you have absolutely nothing to be worried about. Everyone makes mistakes or does things they regret, but unfortunately that’s just part of life. What you need to remember is this: the things that really made you happy, the moments you’ll never forget? You did them because you wanted to, and that is far more important than doing things that will only please others.”
Your eyes filled with tears as you leaned forward and hugged him tightly, your heart swelling at the profound words. “I love you so much Hongjoong, more than you will ever know.” You looked up at him seriously. “There may be things in my past that I regret, but marrying you has never been one of them.”
Hongjoong held you fast against his chest, relishing the warmth of your thin body. In his head he cursed God, the Fates, or whoever was responsible for taking you away from him much too soon. He hated that he wouldn't get to grow old with you, surrounded by grandchildren. You had only managed to give birth once before becoming sick. The baby had been several weeks premature, and after being released from the hospital she currently resided with your parents since you were too ill to care for her. When he realised he was going to lose you, Hongjoong had sworn to himself that he would be the best father he could be. He owed you that at least, if not so much more.
The rest of that day was spent quietly, the two of you curled up on the couch watching Christmas movies together until you both began to get sleepy and retired to the bedroom.
On your fourth day at the cabin, you woke to find a thick blanket of snow covering everything. According to the weather report it was several inches thick, with a layer of ice underneath. Long story short, you and Hongjoong were now snowed in until it melted enough for safe road travel.
A couple days after that, you awakened with a strange urgency flooding your veins. You had trouble even sitting up by now, and Hongjoong had to help you do pretty much everything. You had a sinking feeling the urgency meant you didn't have much longer, and it terrified you. You were by no means ready to leave, especially since it meant your beloved husband would be stranded with your lifeless form for who knew how long.
After dinner that evening you asked for a last favour from Hongjoong.
“Joong, will you make love to me?”
The brunette choked on his drink a little, looking at you in surprise.
“Y/N, are you sure? I don't wish to hurt you or-”
“I'm sure.” You replied, staring at him firmly. “I want to feel you one last time.” You bit your lip to hide the wobble of your chin as you pushed out that last sentence. You hated how final everything felt, and you knew Hongjoong felt the same way.
“Alright then.” He conceded, scooping you into his arms and carrying you to the bedroom. He sat you gently on the plush duvet, then proceeded to cover all the windows. This was to be a private moment, just between the two of you.
Tenderly, as if he was afraid he might break you, he stripped you of your clothes before removing his own. Then he crawled slowly towards you, that signature smirk of his surfacing for a moment and causing butterflies to erupt within you. His hands gripped your hips briefly before sliding up your side to cup your face.
“I love you so much, my sweet Y/N, and I will miss you terribly.” He murmured, eyes glistening.
“Shh, let’s not think about that now.” You whispered, heart twisting at the agony in his expression. “Show me how much you love me, Kim Hongjoong.”
His lips met yours in a gentle but heated kiss as he slipped two fingers inside of you. It had been a while since the last time you two were intimate with each other like this, and the stretch made you wince slightly. Hongjoong pressed little kisses to your forehead as he carefully moved his fingers, and soon the discomfort gave way as heat began to build inside of you.
A quiet moan slipped past your lips, and Hongjoong tentatively added a third finger. No discomfort twisted your features, only pleasure, and so he deemed that you were ready. Removing his fingers, he moved forward, sliding fully into you with one smooth motion. A choked moan was punched out of your lungs, eyes rolling back slightly at the glorious sensations coursing through your body.
“Fuck, I forgot how good you felt inside me like this.” You panted, gripping his shoulders as you fought the urge to cum immediately.
“It’s been too long.” Hongjoong agreed, letting out a grunt as your walls clenched around him. “You’re always so tight for me, baby.”
Hovering over you, he pressed a firm kiss to your lips and began moving in long, slow thrusts that stole the breath from your lungs as he pressed deep inside you.
“Shit, Joong, ‘m not gonna last long like this!” You exclaimed, fingers burying in his hair as he leaned over and wrapped his tongue around your nipple, licking and sucking as he continued to fill you up over and over.
“It’s okay, my love. Go ahead, cum for me. I won’t be far behind.”
A wave of utter euphoria flooded your senses, your vision going white as the most intense orgasm you might’ve ever had washed over you. Lost in the bliss, you didn’t even register when your husband’s movements stilled as he emptied his load inside of you.
Once you floated back down to earth, you watched with a sated smile as Hongjoong set about cleaning both of you up. Then he pulled the duvet and sheets down, climbing in and pulling you close as he succumbed to sleep’s sweet call.
You stayed awake that night, mind running too fast to even attempt sleeping. As the sun began to peek over the mountaintops you felt a sudden peace come over you, replacing the urgency you’d felt the previous day.
Hongjoong would be alright. He had both his and your parents, his friends, and your little daughter as well. They would help him cope and keep him from losing himself to his grief.
Yes, he would be okay. You could rest easy now knowing your family would be cared for and looked after. You took one last look at your beloved husband, smiled, and let go.
Short Summary: Jasrella Lee is a Jedi without a cause. Yunho Jeong is a Sith, the secret apprentice of Lord Vader himself. The Force has brought them together for a reason.
notes/warnings: ceo + mafia! idol x secretary! reader, mentions of violence, makeouts, slight to moderate horror, mentions of a public attack, implicit mention of armed weapons, pet names (darling, baby)
a/n: a zerose said on his ig live (he read the comment!) that he gives off ceo/mafia vibes in a drama, so i decided to write this fic. also ricky black hair is 🫠
DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU'RE UNDER 16.
being a secretary for the ceo isn't so special as it seems. the same days repeat all over and over again, and the fact that you have to face him almost everyday is tiring. however, the deep corners in your heart said otherwise. it said that you should meet him more often.
today's no exception, you had to meet him to discuss a few things about the company. the company's conditions weren't at its best, some weren't willing to work even though they were given work. and due to that, you had to carry the burden. because you're the one leading them.
"i've tried many times advising them. but they're...stubborn. i just ended up doing their own work." you explained. "you shouldn't be too kind to them, y/n. one more mistake and they're gone." he got up from his seat, walking closer to you.
"sometimes a little cruelty won't hurt. just inform me next time and i'll get them fired." he said. you nodded nervously. "don't be nervous, y/n. you shouldn't be too scared of me." he continued.
"sorry about that...may i excuse myself, please?" you asked. "yes, you may." he said. you then went out of the room and went back to your workplace.
"alright...one mistake done leads to instant regret." you thought. you continued on with your work, as you suddenly received a message from your co-worker. you quickly reached out for your phone.
"y/n, you won't believe what i had just saw. our ceo, ricky shen, is actually a mafia in disguise. he was wanted in 10 countries."
"chaewon, is this real? where did you find the information?"
"yes, if you look at your home tab of your browser, the news about him will automatically come up!"
you silently looked up at the home tab of your browser. chaewon was right, the news really popped up by itself. you dived deep into the article.
his father is an infamous mafia, however, he was caught in guangzhou after he was proven guilty of an armed attack in one of the major banks. and ricky's continuing the legacy of his father.
you quickly turned off your phone and scanned your surroundings, making sure no one knows. it's a secret that only you and chaewon know.
once it's time to leave, you went to the exit as usual and drove yourself back home. as you reached home, you unlocked the door and did your usual night routine.
you laid down on bed, getting ready for sleep when you heard a notification from someone. you opened your eyes, feeling annoyed at the sound. you reached for your phone and looked at the message.
it was from your ceo.
"something's awaiting for you."
"something?"
"open the door."
you nervously went out of your bedroom and walked towards the door of your house. with a sharp inhale of oxygen, you opened the door.
"it's 11 pm. i'm surprised you're not asleep...yet." you said. "i rarely go to sleep at that time, y/n." ricky said. "right, you have work to do." you replied.
"more than work, y/n." he said, closing the door behind him. "i heard that you knew my second identity." he said. "what? i don't know anything!" you replied, panicking.
"you're a liar, y/n. without you realising, i actually looked at your phone while i was inspecting the workplace." he explained.
"oh god, i'm doomed as hell right now." you thought. "i wasn't informed of it until my co-worker told me about it." you explained back. "either way, you know the real side of me now." he said.
"so...what are you going to do to me? kill me?" you asked nervously. "i won't if you obey me." he answered. you nodded, feeling fear consuming your heart and body.
"okay..i'll go to sleep first." you said, walking away from him. you walked as fast as you could, eventually managed to close the bedroom door quick before he could gain access.
you hid beneath the sheets, body facing away from the door. you tried your best to act as you're asleep. you heard the door open and slammed shut after. the next thing you hear were footsteps followed by a creaking sound of your bed.
feeling suspicious, you turned to the other side and screamed in fright. it took you seconds to realise what you're doing is very risky. "oh no...i'm sorry...i'm just...scared." you stuttered out. ricky got up from your bed and walked towards you. you were frozen in place, not knowing what to do or say next.
"why are you scared, darling?" he asked. the tone of his voice is very intoxicating, adding the fact that he has his glasses on. it just adds in the torture.
"nothing, really. i was just shocked that you haven't left yet." you said. ricky doesn't seem too convinced. "i haven't given something for my secretary." he replied.
"huh...?" you were clueless. "don't act too innocent now, baby." ricky took the first move, pulling you closer as he kissed you. you never knew your first kiss will be this burning hot.
your eyes dilated in shock before closing it back, trying your best to respond to it even though it's sudden.
you had to let go, or else you'll be in shortage of oxygen. you panted heavily, eyes looking down. "so...that's it?" you asked.
again, ricky didn't say anything. he met his forehead with yours and looked through your eyes with a sharp gaze. "what do you think?" he asked.
"seems like you aren't too pleased...?" you hesitantly answered. his lips formed a smirk, which means that what you had said was actually right. your eyes dilated again, but this time, only slightly.
you wanted to ask him about what will happen next, but just as you tried to open your mouth to speak, he took hold of your hand and led you to where your bed is. he pushed you down, you tried to fight back but his strength outpowers yours.
you were helpless, all you could do was just receive whatever ricky's giving you right now. you looked away from him as he started kissing your face all over.
you blushed at the affection, at this point you had totally forgotten that he's a position higher than you. "your face is hot and red all over...that's cute." he said.
he continued kissing your face, before he trails his lips to your jaw then to your neck. the pleasurable feeling takes you over, closing your eyes in delight. "mine. all mine." he whispered to your ear, his hands roaming up and down your exposed arms.
it seemed like he spent like minutes kissing you all over. you slowly grabbed his shoulder, tapping on it gently. "t-too much." you stuttered out. he slowly lets go of your neck. "sorry if you felt uncomfortable with it." he said. "n-no...! it's okay. it's just overwhelming. that's all." you said.
you took a glance at the clock, the clock has now struck midnight. "it's midnight...don't you want to go back home?" you asked. "i'd rather spend the night with you, darling." he answered.
he took off his glasses and placed it on the nightstand. you pulled the sheets nearer to you, covering your whole body except your head and neck.
you were about to panic about the feeling of getting late to work tomorrow morning, but then you realised, tomorrow's a weekend so...you have no work. luckily your panic was hidden inside your heart.
"so...are we together now? as a pair?" he asked. "yes...we are." you replied as your soft eyes stared into his alluring gaze. "love you, darling." ricky said, giving you one more kiss on the lips. you hummed at the affection. "love you too...ricky...?" you replied. "just call me ricky from now on." he said.
at least the next encounters won't be too nerve-wrecking since the both of you are together now.
momo is startled when you suddenly grab her face with your left hand, squishing her cheeks in the process, making her soft lips pout as she stares at you, confused.
“what?” she mumbles, noticing that you looked like you were deep in thought as your eyes darted between the phone screen you held up beside her face, and momo. she could feel a bubbly little flutter erupt in her stomach as she takes this time to just admire the way your eyebrows scrunched together in concentration and how you subconsciously stuck your tongue out, making you look like an absolute unit of a 5-year-old trying to think of it’s next creation.
“how is it possible?” you ask yourself, your eyes still darting back and forth, as if you were comparing something on your phone to momo. “somehow it resembles you, but at the same time, it’s a fucking FRUIT.” you yell, cascading your hand through your hair as momo snakes her arms around your waist, pulling you flush against her crotch.
momo looks up at you, the hearts in her eyes so evident, you didn’t even need to animate her to see them.
“what is it, baby?” momo asks as she rubs your waist, reaching for your phone in your hand and facing it towards her. she giggles, shaking her head as you blush, looking away. “were you comparing me to a peach?” momo asks, amused. the smile adorning her lips quickly becomes contagious as you smile back, bashfully nodding.
“i think it’s the cheeks.” you mutter, hiding your own as you feel momo’s lips press onto your hands, hearing her giggle at your sudden outburst. “i think it’s that fact that you love eating peaches.” she teases, and you whine as you move to get up, trying to run away out of embarrassment.
momo holds you down as she laughs at your behaviour, finding it endearing as she intertwines her hand with yours.
“you’re not wrong about that last part..” you mumble as you pick at your fingers once you both finally calm down, lying down beside each other. momo props her head on her elbow as she looks down at you in amusement.
a month ago, you were met with a terrifying car accident that left you traumatised and physically hurt. you had a minor concussion on your head and several cuts and bruises on your arms and legs. it took you months to recover and due to the accident, you had to stop working.
now, you're currently working at home. it was honestly one of the best decisions you ever made since you don't have to care too much about transportation and reckless people.
you had to start everything from square one due to your amnesia. it made you forget who your true self was, your memories all gone. now, you have a determination to retrieve all the lost memories.
until today, all you could remember was yourself and your family. not to mention you had now fallen back to your interests. however, you had no memories about your friends and other people you made friends with. and you couldn't remember if you were in a romantic relationship with someone.
a woman slightly older than you, named bada lee visits you everyday and treats you to many things that you find somewhat familiar. you couldn't remember if you're friends with her or you had a relationship with her.
today is the time where you wanted to find the truth behind her generous plans. you were reading a book about human anatomy when you heard the doorbell ring. “coming!” you said, putting the book down on the table. you walked towards the door and opened it with a nervous feeling.
indeed, the door revealed bada, the woman who always pays you a visit during lunch time. “hey.” you said. “where's your mother?” she asked. “oh, she had business today. she'll come back home later tonight.” you replied.
you signalled her to enter and she did. you sat down in front of the table and your eyes were focused on the fireplace in front of you. “how are you, y/n?” bada asked.
“i'm doing pretty fine. i was able to recover the memories i had with my family and how i fell in love with my interests.” you said. “but..i still didn't remember any memories with my friends.” you continued.
“do you perhaps remember me? the memories we had?” she asked again. “i do remember your face. but…are we friends?” you asked her back. “more than that, y/n.” she replied.
you were in shock. was she your girlfriend? were you in a relationship before? “bada…w-were we in love?” you asked again. bada didn't reply, instead she pulled out her phone and opened the album of pictures which she made for you. it contained every picture and note you had with her.
you scanned through every picture she had, your first kiss in spring with her, the pictures of her holding you tight as you two stargazed in the night sky, love notes she took pictures of and the pictures she took that reminded her of you. slowly, but surely, you felt the memories silently creeping into your mind.
by the time you saw a picture of you holding a bouquet filled with white roses, you felt your tears accumulating in your eyes. your questions are finally answered. you were definitely in love with bada, until now, you still do.
“i…remember it now.” you felt a tear escaping from your eye. “all my questions, the mysteries, the stories behind the pictures…i finally remembered them, again.” you continued. more tears escaped your eyes, it's not a cry of sadness but a cry of gratitude.
you looked at bada with teary eyes. “so you were behind all these just to give me the flashbacks.” you said. “thank you for being patient and also…thank you for recovering my memory.” you continued.
“of course, y/n. i'm glad i was able to retrieve your lost memories.” bada said, pulling you closer to her embrace. her embrace stayed the same, it felt very cosy and warm. you melted in the hug as you let more and more tears flow down.
“love you, sweetheart.” she said. “i love you too, my lovely flower.” you replied. now that you had recovered all of your memories with the woman you love most, your journey of recovery is now complete.

vivian had never fallen in love. never in her nineteen years of life she had ever been in a relationship. all of the men she had met on earth were cruel to her. now here she is, out of earth and in a new world with a demon named ricky, her sidekick in revenge.
the psychic female sat on the chair near the window, looking at the night sky. her mind then wanders far away to the stars, she realised that her heart was saying something to her.
“am i in love with ricky..?” she thought. psychic's rarely fall in love, but it was said that psychics should never love a demon, under any circumstances. however, she was willing to break a rule. she felt an intoxicating aura from the demon.
she was too immersed in her questions and didn't realise that ricky had entered her room. “vivian?” he asked. as she heard the demon calling her name, she broke off her thoughts. “oh..i'm sorry.” she said. “were you lost in the stars?” he asked again. “y-yeah. seems like it, they look prettier than usual.” she lied. “i could sense that you're lying.” ricky said.
“me? lying? no way.” she denied. “admit it now, vivian. you have an attraction towards me.” he said. vivian was then lost in thoughts again, this time questioning if she really, really is in love with him.
“my mind says yes but my heart is unsure.” she answered. “i'll take that as a yes.” ricky said, bringing the other chair closer and sat on it, beside her.
vivian looked at ricky just to have his face near hers. “ricky, what the heck are you doing?” she asked, taken aback by his actions. “admiring your purple eyes.” he said. you could immediately detect that it's a lie. his mind said that he wanted to kiss her instead. but she decided to play dumb.
“t-thanks.” she said. “you look so unreal. i have never met a man like you who treats people like me pretty well.” she continued. “i'm glad i could be the first one.” he said, narrowing the distance between the two of them.
she swore she could hear the small sirens in her head but she ignored them. she could already sense his intention. the demon lets out an alluring smirk before kissing her. she had never thought her first kiss would be this passionate and entrancing.
it lasts for seconds before ricky lets go of her. she felt her face getting hot. “heat transfer?” she asked. “not really, darling. but i like it when you are flustered towards me.” he answered.
“i have never been in such a feeling on earth, honestly. maybe there's a reason why you saved me from earth's cruelty.” vivian confessed. “and you feel so much safer here. i promise i'll treat you better, unlike those jerks who dare hurt you.” ricky said.
he sealed the conversation with another kiss but this time on her forehead. he went to sleep while vivian continued looking at the stars. now it is confirmed that vivian was definitely in love with her own sidekick.

Byun Baekhyun entered his apartment, the cold Russian wind blustering in behind him. He placed his keys in the small metal tray by the door, and paused. There was someone inside.
He'd been an agent long enough to sense when things weren't right, and currently all sorts of alarms were going off in his head. He closed the door as he normally would, then drew his gun from its concealed holster beneath his leather jacket.
He stepped quietly through the entryway and into the small living room area. There, on the couch, sat a beautiful young woman who appeared to be in her early twenties. Baekhyun pointed his gun at her, face stern and emotionless.
"Who are you?" He demanded. The young woman simply smiled.
"I'm Jun Kyungshi, and I'm from SM."
Baekhyn's eyes widened and his grip faltered. He thought he'd gotten out of all this.
"Why are you here?" He asked.
Kyungshi's fierce expression softened ever-so-slightly. Then she exhaled and replied, "We need your help Baekhyun."
He looked at Kyungshi as if she'd suddenly grown two heads.
"And why should I even raise so much as a finger to help SM, when being involved with them is what got my members killed?!"
Baekhyun was almost screaming now, all the emotions he'd kept locked inside for the last five years suddenly rushing to the surface.
Kyungshi's dark eyes were sad as she replied, "Because we can help you get revenge."
Surprised, Baekhyun lowered his weapon and holstered it. Taking a seat opposite Kyungshi, he eyed her expectantly. "Tell me your plan."
With a wide smile on her face, Kyungshi did as he asked.

Jun Kyungshi exhaled softly as she tiptoed through the darkened car park, taking care not to trip while still keeping an eye on her target.
The man she followed was 27-year-old Kim Yugyeom, a former JYP agent. Yugyeom, along with the rest of his agent group GOT7, had gone rouge a few months earlier. The seven men had then split up, taking on solo missions as assassins, bounty hunters, and other similar dirty jobs.
Yugyeom's current occupation was that of a "janitor" for a local gang; that is, he cleaned up loose ends by bribing people in power and killing allies who were likely to spill their secrets.
His most recent job had been securing the death of Taeyeon, a solo agent working undercover for SM, the very agency that Kyungshi was under. Kyungshi had been a close friend of the older woman, and was devastated to hear of her death. The Boss had not objected to Kyungshi going after Yugyeom, so there she was.
Yugyeom froze suddenly, and Kyungshi cursed mentally as he began speaking to someone through what was obviously an earpiece. A quick glance at her surroundings showed a single security camera that was fixed on her. Damnit, how could I have been so careless?! She berated herself.
Deciding to act while she still had some element of surprise, she stood to her feet and leapt forward, clearing the large Volvo in front of her in one smooth motion. Out of its holster came her beloved .32 mm Glock, a silencer attached to the barrel. She lined up her shot and fired quickly.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Three shots echoed through the silent night air. Yugyeom turned, gazing at Kyungshi in shock, and for a moment she feared that she had missed. But then she saw the rapidly growing patches of crimson that stained his white button-up, and she allowed herself a small smile as the older man crumpled to the ground without a word.
She fired off a fourth shot, destroying the camera that had followed her movements before it could record her face. Then she climbed into her own black BMW and sped away from the scene.
As she drove, she switched on her own earpiece and spoke. "Agent Jun reporting mission accomplished."
The static-laced voice of her friend Selgui responded immediately. "Good work Agent Jun. The Boss has summoned you to headquarters, so you'd best clean up and head straight there."
Kyungshi frowned. Usually the boss only called on agents when something bad happened. "What happened Selgui?"
Selgui's voice was soft and sad as she replied "Hybe has struck again."

Summary: "We have to fulfill our duty to the agency." "What about our duty to each other?" Several years after the Incident that left South Korea's world of espionage shattered and torn, Jun Kyungshi puts together a team of top agents to hunt down those who caused the devastation and put an end to their dark plans.
“reservation for two under the name y/n?” you ask, and the host taps on her tablet before she nods. “yep, i have it right here, if you can just follow me? your table is in the back in a more secluded area, just like you requested.” she winks at you before beckoning you towards the more quiet area of the restaurant. you smile back before you follow her to your table, your palms growing sweaty and clammy as you wait for your date to show up.
as you wait, a waiter comes up to you and asks if you’d like anything to drink, and you refuse, saying you have a date coming and you’ll order when they come, but little do you know, you were going to be waiting there for a long, long, time…
“soon, not this again-”
“shhh! imagine!” soonyoung snaps, holding his index finger against your lips as you close your eyes again.
you're waiting there for a long time, and as every second ticks by, you grow anxious, wondering if your date was caught in traffic…or if they met someone along the way… or (worst case scenario) they’re hooking up with their ex…
“soon-”
“i’m getting to the part!” he shushes you again, whining as he smacks your shoulder.
the waiter notices how lonely and dejected you look, and so he comes over to you and slides a little paper towards you. you uncrumple the note and you read the note. it reads:
got stood up? i’m sorry if you did, but if you wanna talk about it, just call me over. ask for seokmin.
and you look up to see the (really cute, if you must admit) waiter smiling back at you, giving you a slight wave. you smile and wave back, shaking your head no as you pull out your phone, ready to text your date.
as soon as you were about to send a text, you looked up to see a (dashingly handsome) man standing in front of you.
“are you y/n?” he asks, and smiles at you with a little crooked smile, and you swear you were smitten, but you didn’t feel like eating at the restaurant anymore. “yes, you’re seungkwan, right?” you reply. “but…i don’t think i want to be here anymore…” you smile at him, getting ready to get up.
“wait,” the cute date says, standing up. “i’m so sorry i was late. i got held up at my job and i really tried to call you but my phone died.” he says dejectedly, trying to reach out for your hand and to your surprise, waiter dude steps in.
“is there a problem here, ma’am?” he asks, looking at you intently as you just stare at the two of them-
“alright enough with your delusions.” seungkwan interrupts, pulling you away from soonyoung, and soonyoung whines, sending seungkwan a stank face as he walks away.
“talk about a human cockblocker!” soonyoung announces before making himself comfortable on the couch as seungkwan rolls his eyes before seating you at the coffee table. “why? it was getting to the good part.” you tease him as seungkwan just shoots you a nasty side eye. “we are not talking about our first date again. you decided to leave the restaurant, and i offered to take you out for ice cream to make up for it. that’s what happened, no ‘what if’s.” seungkwan frowns.
“but what if-”
“nope. no what if’s. you’re mine, and in every scenario, i will make sure you become my girlfriend in all of them.” seungkwan hushes you, pecking your lips before you can make a rebuttal. “you’re jealous.” you giggle, playing with the end of his shirt, and seungkwan chuckles back. “uh-huh, and you’re not hanging out with tiger-boy over there again.”

butterflies in this particular city are out of normal kind, it's not abnormal but it's unusual. there are butterflies with sparkling wings and butterflies who have more than one colour on their wings. it's what makes them unique from normal butterflies that you would usually see.
on the other hand, no one actually knows that half of these extraordinary butterflies are hybrids. those who turn from butterflies to humans. the truth was hidden to guard their beauty.
you, in your butterfly form, flew around the garden of flowers and took a few visits as you sat on the petals of the flower. this place is a safe haven and the city mayor declared the garden as a conserved area, which means no destruction towards any part of the garden is allowed.
there was a human who catched your attention, his name is mun junghyun. he would always stand behind the confined gates of the garden. you really wanted to meet him in your human form, but you weren’t ready to reveal the secret just yet.
you saw junghyun again and you quickly flew to him, landing on the back of his hand. he took his hand closer to his eyes, and made eye contact with you in your butterfly form. moments after, you flew back to your place.
a smile appeared on his face. "i don't have much time now, but i hope i can see you again as usual, tomorrow." junghyun said, walking away.
"should i reveal the secret…?" you said, flying away. once you found a suitable hiding spot, you converged to your human form. "it's a good place to hide but i'm totally not sure if people actually go here or not." you asked yourself.
the only flaw being a human is your wings are still visible. so you weren't able to hide your secret that easily. "little butterfly…?" you heard a familiar voice calling you. you looked around you and saw the same person who saw you in the garden.
you tried converging back to your butterfly form but then realised you are still in convergence cooldown. "oh no…" you slightly panicked. "y-you've never seen butterfly hybrids before, right…?" you said, trying to change the topic.
"no, but you look beautiful. much prettier than the other girls in the city." he said. "that's a huge compliment, thanks." you replied. "sorry, junghyun. i was never used to communicating with humans even though i can make their lives happier." you said.
"that isn't much of a problem for me." he said, walking closer to you. "that's…a relief." you replied back, walking backwards. "don't be afraid, little butterfly. i'm not going to hurt you." junghyun said.
"you sure?" you asked. he nodded as you let out a sigh of relief. "thanks for letting me trust you, junghyun. and…my name's y/n. i have never told anyone my name, you're the first one." you said.
"i'm honoured to be your first love." he said. your eyes slightly dilated wide. "no way you're falling in love with me." you said. "i'm being honest, y/n. i love you, sincerely." he replied.
a tint of pink paints your cheeks. junghyun stepped closer and gave you a quick peck on the forehead. "see you tomorrow, little butterfly. it's getting late, so i need to go back home now." he said.
you nodded, converging back into your butterfly form and flew back to the garden. your secret has been broken but it's safe with the boy you loved most.

you hate the fact when you weren't even granted with special stealth skills when most people around you are good at it. it just makes you doubt with the powers you have now. people never accept witches, and they never will.
no matter how many times you have appealed to them that you're not what they're thinking of, they still think that all witches are evil. but that didn't bring you down, you will continue and strengthen your skills until everyone realises that not all witches are indeed evil.
you inherit a moon-like magic and tend to be very nocturnal, just like vampires and werewolves. however, you never wanted to mix with them since there was a history where a witch was hunted alive by a werewolf.
everything changed when you met a vampire named ricky. he changed a part of your normal perspectives regarding dangerous nocturnal monsters. not to mention, he's good at stealth. you still haven't found out how he build up his stealth skills.
there was one thing that you should never forget, the necklace with a small red jewel. it prevents you from getting bitten from vampires. that's why ricky had never taken blood from you, he's aware of the jewel and persuaded you a few times to take it off. you couldn't trust him yet. you politely said no and ricky respected your decision. unlike most blood sucking creatures, he respects what everyone thinks, except when he thinks that its wrong.
however, when you met ricky that night, while talking to him, you realised something. you were not wearing that necklace. you panicked inside, how could you forget such protective thing? just like that, you were completely bare with no barrier.
"i just realised you didn't wear your usual necklace today." he said. "yeah…i didn't. i must've forgot it at home." you replied, trying to be chill. once a witch is bitten by a vampire, the necklace couldn't be worn for a month.
"and do you trust me?" he asked. you were shocked at his question. "what's that for?" you asked back. "you don't know how long i've been craving for your blood." ricky answered. you finally got the hint, however, you were hesitant if you should give yourself to him.
your hands start to slightly shake. "well…what if i say yes for only this time?" you said. "that's fine for me, sweetheart." he said, walking closer to you. you sharply inhaled, holding in your breath as you prepared yourself for the immense pain.
"don't tense up or it'll hurt a lot." he said. you listened to him, relaxing your body. his hand interlocked yours as he place fluttering kisses on your neck, in hopes of distracting you.
he slowly sinks down his sharp canine teeth and started drinking your blood. surprisingly, you didn't feel any pain. maybe this was due to the magic in your system that numbs the pain. you close your eyes and arch your head backwards. the pain was instead pleasure, although short-lived.
as he lets go, he kissed the bite mark to seal it. "told you it won't hurt." ricky said. "you're right." you replied. "and…i still don't know how you're so good at stealth. i've practiced for two years and i am still bad at it." you continued.
"witches weren't made for stealth, but they were made for magic and combat. they may not be good at physical strength, but their outstanding magic can do the work." he explained. "so…is that a good thing?" you asked.
"you don't have to worry too much about it, y/n. you're just who you are. don't waste your time on things you were born not to be good at." he said. "alright, ricky." you replied, walking to the door. "i'll see you again tomorrow, if i can. and thanks for the kind words." you said, before leaving the house.
you couldn't wear the necklace again but who cares. whatever happened last night with ricky is the moment where your trust for him increases.
it was midnight and you couldn't sleep for some reason. usually you'd sleep before midnight but this night was an exception. you tossed and turned in your bed, in hopes of letting the sleep take over you. yonghee, on the other hand, only looked at your antics and came up with an idea.
without saying anything, he pulled you closer to him. "yonghee..what are you doing.." you whined. "trying to lull you to sleep." he replied. you let out a soft hum, too tired to let out a response. slowly, bit by bit, you feel the sleep take over you.
"night, yonghee." you said, before closing your eyes as you finally let yourself daze off to dreamland. he softly kissed your forehead before joining you in your dreams.
*✧・゚: *✧・゚:*✧・゚: *✧・゚:*✧・゚: *✧・゚:
it was 7 am, the sun rose as the new day arrived. you slowly opened your eyes, welcoming the shining rays of sunshine that passed through the windows of your shared bedroom. however, you didn't want to let go of yonghee's embrace just yet.
moments after, he woke up. he nuzzled his head on your neck, before giving it a kiss. you were almost shocked at the affection. "you're awake…?" you asked. yonghee lets out a soft hum and you take that as a yes. "did you have a good sleep, my love?" he asked.
"i did. and it's all thanks to you. if you weren't here…i don't think i'd sleep until around 3 am." you answered. "glad i could help." he said. you stayed silent for a moment before standing up from the bed to put the curtains aside. "that's a bit too bright." you said, putting it back.
"didn't want our room to be heated up." he replied. "yeah." you said. "wanna stay here longer…?" yonghee asked, sounding a bit shy. "why not? we don't have much to do today and we have most of the time to ourselves." you replied.
you laid yourself down on the bed again and cuddled with him for the next 30 minutes.
