نادرًا لما كنت بتعرض لـ panic attacks بس من وقت ما بدأت شغل بقت بتحصل معايا بشكل متكرر على أتفهه الأسباب والحقيقة أن دا طلع شعور مؤلم أكتر مما كنت أتخيله، وسط شغلي فاجأه أتحط في موقف زي دا مبعرفش أتصرف غير إني أخرج بره خمس دقايق أحاول أنظم نفسي وبهندل الدنيا.. عامة الدنيا مبقتش بخير من وقت ما عرفنا المسميات دي لو فضلت كرشة نفس مكنش هيحصلنا كل دا.
