trouble ahead [ame & sh]

Rushing ahead towards the building, she skid down the classroom once she reached the hallway, glad nobody was around to yell ‘no running’. With no care about the other students, she ran past them, turning the corner as she tripped over a pile of books. Yes, a pile of books, and bags, she didn’t know who they belonged to , nor did she care but dramatically clutched onto her knee. “Ah i’m suing you!” she called out to the back not realising it wasn’t a student. “What kind of..” she was tempted to curse, instead biting her lower lip as she continued to glare at the back. If it was a teacher, she had plans to run straight down the corridor and out of the fire exit.
All Soohyuk heard was the crash of a fall and an “I’m suing you” as he made his way out of the building after running yet another errand. Surprised, he turned around to see a student on the ground, nursing an injured knee. He glanced around but no one else seemed to pay any attention to her.
“You’re suing me?” Soohyuk asked, pointing a finger to himself. His tone was a mesh of incredulity, confusion and irritation of the wrongly accused. “Those stuff that you tripped over aren’t even mine.” After a pause, he added, “And no running in hallways.”
Soohyuk was tempted to leave her there but his sense of duty would not allow him to. Furthermore, he was surrounded by a mass of students who didn’t seem interested in helping a fellow schoolmate but would surely give him hell as a teaching assistant if he didn’t help. Biting back a sigh, he approached her, extending a hand.
“Do you need to see the nurse?” Soohyuk asked politely, bending down. He had to help but no one said that he had to feign concern while at it. Upon closer inspection, however, the girl’s seemed familiar. A slight crease materialised between his brows.
“Do I know you?”
