Hey! I'm nonbinary, 16, and have had an eating disorder for 2 years now, but ultimately end up doing more binging than fasting.
I was offline for a bit because I got a silly idea in my head that I didn't need this, but I feel worse than I have in years. I'm looking for a coach who won't make me send nudes, but is toxic and manipulative. the extremes are the only ways I tend to make any progress, soni don't care if you're only in it to ruin me and make me waste away, it's what I need.

Proana Coach NEEDED !!
I'd really really like someone who is strict and mean and abusive to me. be really ruthless, it's the only way that I ever make progress.
But, some people have messaged me in the past and have been really strict with times and such, but my restrictions to this arrangement are:
• I work 6 out of 7 days of the week. please don't get mad at me if I don't respond right away, I'm not ignoring you, I just have a job outside of this.
• I won't send nudes. I'm a minor, and I'm not small enough to feel comfortable with that yet.
• I won't show my face. I have severe anxiety with seeing online people irl, and I am just not comfortable with that.
With that though, I welcome any coach who wants to come and yell and punish and teach me to not be such a pig. I seriously need help, I feel like I'm only getting heavier.

Why do I hate you so much? When I think about it long enough, I think I can almost start to be able to blame it on others. Their comments or the ways they taught you to think. The things they installed so heavily in your mind that you still follow them today.
And some of it, I'm sure, is their doing. It can't all be you, but there are things that are.
Like the number on that scale. You can control it. You just don't try hard enough. You know it's possible, because your mom did it in less than a year. You know it's possible, because you see the progress that people have made on there. The posts that cheery you on.

You could make it there, if you only tried.
Instead, you just it there. You tell yourself "I'll start tomorrow" and then tell yourself the same exact thing the last day after you stuff your face with food like the fat pig you are. You need to stop. You know you can .
