Hey, love your work! Watched bascially all of your speedbuilds, and I was wondering how you managed to make your doors and windows so intricate and detailed. Do you have a tutorial or any tips when building these?

i usually compile a BUNCH of door and window references. how i approach my builds most of the time is i have 1 main reference photo i want to base my build off of and find a bunch of smaller separate references in a similar style that are higher resolution. i pick details i like and merge them together or just reference one photo of a door i like.

it's all in the references!

but i could definitely do a doors/windows tutorial though!

i actually don't publish my studio builds! i'd definitely like to try officially publishing a couple in the future either on my alt (cafune7) or my main account... (also don't know which account i'd post it on since i'm known as a developer on both, haha)

it just takes a bit more to ready the builds to be properly published since i tend to leave them sort of unfinished in some areas for content purposes!

‘How to spend a rainy day’ by urbantreader

Heya! So, I've been a fan of your channel for a while, and was wondering if you were going to make tutorial videos on your builds! Like, simple usage on different shapes to scaling your builds and many more. I think they would be useful for people (And me) who genuinely want to make builds like yours for example!

hey! thank you for your support!! <33 making tutorials have definitely been on the back of my mind when it comes to content ideas, but always comes with the challenge of how to approach especially because of how detailed increments and dimensions can be! but yeah! would love to try doing tutorials in the future for builds, such as geometry, that's a great idea! thank you! :))

Hey there. Big fan of the work. I am also a builder but I am trying to get into the aviation genre of roblox. This means building airports etc. I wanna build these realistically but I have not had to build realistically in my previous jobs. Do you have any tips on recreating certain real life images or places, how to colour code them so it looks real and also the textures and shapes to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

hey :)) thanks a bunch! that's super cool, i love seeing aviation content on the stream from airports to jets. i totally understand the big jump especially if what you've been doing was low-poly, you train yourself to ignore details. how i build is i start with what i *can* see, what shapes i see and how they interact to create depth or fill up space on a wall or door frame--build that. using references from real life is going to be the best help you can give yourself, because then you can truly recreate real life into studio. so start general with big shapes like a foundation, then gradually move onto smaller detailing that you see. if a picture is grainy, look for more references! don't always limit yourself to what you can see and improvise with what you have and mash some pictures together to create a cool scene! :))

I really loved your 2020 Recap video it was so beautifully shot. Out of curiosity, how do you film those montages after the build is complete. Is it just a screen recording of in camera in studio? How do you get it so smooth? I've been watching your content for awhile and I love seeing the improvement, Keep it up!!!

hiya! thank you!! the b-rolls are just recorded with OBS (what i record my videos with), and it's simply me holding Shift+W while recording lol! you can change the speed of your camera when you hold shift or in general in the studio settings if you want a slower/faster movement. <33

I have a couple of questions! I'm thinking about making my own speedbuilds, what software do you use to speed up videos, and usually how sped up are your speedbuilds? Also, what do you normally search on pinterest? I usually don't find anything nice haha

hi!! wow, that's great! i use adobe premiere pro to edit my videos, and i speed them up usually around 700%, but it does depend. on pinterest, it depends what you want to build, so for instance like "old farm house" and i find a nice picture which usually leads me on a fun rabbit hole of more pretty pictures! hope this helps and good luck with your own builds! <3

So I was thinking of creating a company that is based off of Roblox Builds, essentially reselling custom builds made by me only, however I lack creativity and I have previously recreated your stuff in your videos *for practice only* but I was wondering if it is possible to sell those recreations with your permission?
