External Drum Storage Cabinets

External drum storage cabinet with integral sump and wing doors, manufactured in accordance with PPG 26 regulations as per the requirement of the Environmental Agency. These cabinets are ideal for storing drums directly inside the container.

Cleverly designed to maximise the internal storage space with minimal external space. Our range of cabinets are designed to accomodate upto 72 x 205 Ltr drums stored on chemical pallets or placed directly on the floor grid. Varying sump capacities are available upto 4000 Litres. Space efficient sliding doors are fitted as standard.  

A massive 5 year guarantee is offered as standard for the workmanship of this unit so you have convenience and peace of mind with your storage product.  

A Static discharge / earthing point is available as an optional extra. All the cabinets are naturally ventilated.

Drum - IBC Bunded Store

Flammable Liquids Storage Vaults

A Range of secure Flammable Liquids Storage Vaults designed to comply with the Flammable Liquid Storage Regulations (1972) as appropriate and the Factory Inspection Guide HSG51. These vaults will provide a half hour protection from collapse and the passage of flame.

Adjustable vents are fitted that can be opened or closed to meet the requirements of both Flammable Storage (vent closed) and Agrochemicals (vents open).

A fully welded unit ensures compliance with the A.P.E.A Construction requirements.The vaults are multi-lockable for high security and fitted with a lift up action lid assisted by gas struts for the ease of the operator.

Mid shelves will pivot on models SSV01Z and SSV02Z to enable larger items to be stored on base level. Model SSV03Z has a central partition with 4 shelves. The 2 middle and 2 top shelves fold away and the two top shelves can be partially removed to create a larger space for your storage requirements.

All models have a liquid-tight base to contain spillages. For extra protection and fork lifting the units have skids on the base.Please note a fork lift truck Will Be needed to unload all these vaults

 Our sturdy gas bottle storage cage WGC25 will store 9 medium sized cylinders (19KG Propane).Overall Dimensions are 1200x1200x1200 ( WxDxH ) mm.  

 The Gas bottle storage cages are manufactured from 30mm steel section with 50mm square 3mm mesh infill with fixing points for bolting to the floor.  The gas bottle storage cages are supplied flat pack with all required fastenings and are easily assembled using bolts and handtools.

 All Gas bottle cages are fitted with a hinged door fastened with a hasp and staple and complimentary padlock and safety sign.

 All units are attractively finished in Black , Blue, Red, or Yellow to suit your colour requirements .

A highly flexible range of Storage cabinets for Hazardous materials that meet the requirements of the Highly Flammable and Liquified Petroleum Gases Regulations 1972 (section 5 Part D), The Health and Safety Executive Guide HS(G)51 1990 and the Factory Inspectorate.

For your convenience and maximum visual control simply select the colour scheme dependent on the type of materials stored. ( EG Acids - White BS00E55 )

The cabinets are manufactured from welded 20swg steel with adjustable punched trays ( 25mm Pitch ) to contain spills and allow them to drain into removable 14.5Ltr capacity sump. Pesticide/Chemical cabinets also have door vents to prevent fume build-up

Lever lock handles with 2 rods locking top and bottom and 2 keys supplied as standard.    All the cabinets are powder coated with appropriate warning stickers provided.

Extra shelves or stands to remove cabinets from floor are all available as optional extras.

High Security Cages (Single Width)

Our High Security Cages are the choice of the highstreet retailers and have been widely used to protect their most valuable items of stock.

The High Security Cages have been used to protect items including mobile phones , computer consoles and games by several high street retailers . The range has also been specified by councils to protect confiscated items of contraband.

The cages are based on a standard 2.1m width and 2.0m height with a varying depth. All the cages are of a modular design with fully welded 5mm thick panels which are delivered palletised for assembly on site . Once assembled the cage will resist the most determined of attacks.

The panels are filled with 3mm Steel square mesh to give the user the convenience of high visibility without compromising security.

The steel 1m wide door has a Mortice Deadlock with a steel panel shielding the mechanism to prevent tampering with the lock. The door is positioned on the 2.1m face.

Our cages are attractively finished in Black paint.

Mini Security Boxes - CE Certified

All our fully welded mini security boxes are constructed from steel angle & 25 x 25mm weld mesh. They are ideal for the security of both hazardous & valuable materials especially where space is at a premium.

Al the cages are 880mm high and are supplied as static models however can be made mobile by simply selecting the additional nylon castors in the options sections ( adds 115mm to overall height )

A padlock facility is supplied and the cages are all load tested and CE certified with a massive 3 year manufacturers guarantee.

Cranage Eyes for easy lifting are provided , it is recommended to use a load spreader when using the cranage eyes.

Attractively finished in a robust yellow powder coated finish.

 A fully welded angle iron cages infilled with metal strip giving you robust and secure storage. These complete security cages have hinged pad-lockable doors (padlocks not provided).

 This cage will carry a maximum of 16 calor-gas type cylinders and with its mid level shelf boasts 2 generous internal spaces of 1560mm x 840mm x 720mm (WxDxH).  

 Available with either stove enamel blue paint or galvanised finish ( Premium applies).

Sturdy 200mm nylon castors can be added in this case push handles will be added at one end.

 Gas Bottle Cage - Large Cylinder Range

 Our sturdy Gas bottle cages are an excellent solution to your large Gas Cylinder or Propane Bottle storage needs . The range of Gas bottle cages will accomodate a quantity of 4 upto 24 large cylinders ( 47KG )

 The Gas bottle cages are manufactured from 30mm steel section with 50mm square 3mm mesh infill with fixing points for bolting to the floor.  The Gas bottle cages are supplied flat pack with all required fastenings and are easily assembled using bolts and handtools.

 All Gas bottle cages are fitted with a hinged door fastened with a hasp and staple and complimentary padlock and safety sign.

 All units are attractively finished in Black , Blue, Red, or Yellow to suit your colour requirements .

Chrome Wire Distribution Trucks

A well manufactured wire shelf security enclosure ideal for securely storing items whilst ensuring they are easily viewed. All the units are supplied complete with 2 deep height adjustable shelves for extra capacity & stability.

The trucks are fitted with 4 swivel 100mm rubber castors of which 2 are braked for your ease of use when moving them around.For security a hasp & staple lock is fitted as standard (padlock not included).

Cylinder Storage / Transport Pallet

Vertical Drum Sump Storage System

A range of  fully welded vertical steel drum stores for use outside or where secure , dry storage is of importance. This range is compliant with Oil Storage Regulations ( England ) 2001.

All units have with 3 point locking doors for maximum security ( 1 Drum Units - Single Door , 2 and 4 Drum Units - Double).

Vertical units are fitted with galvanised grid floors with an adequate sump capacity for retaining spills.

The Drum Stores are attractively finished in Blue and come with a generous 3 year guarantee for your peace of mind.

Drum - IBC Bunded Store

A versatile and solid range of compliant bunded drum or IBC storage units which cover requirements from 16 or 96 drums ( 16 – 24 IBC’s )

The bunded stores are highly robust with a 3mm mild steel base and RHS cross members and pressed ribs. The corner posts, shelf frames and main rails are all made from rolled hollow section. The back, sides and door are pressed from 2mm mild steel sheet (corrugated as required for additional strength) while the roof is pressed with suitable bracing.

The store is welded around the perimeter (sump fully seam welded) and fitted with crane lifting points (maximum 2000kg per lift point), while the triple steel sliding doors on each side are mounted on easy glide tracks and the unit is shot blasted before being painted.

The sump fully complies with all the UK regulations relating to sump capacities.

External drum storage cabinet with integral sump and wing doors, manufactured in accordance with PPG 26 regulations as per the requirement of the Environmental Agency. These cabinets are ideal for storing drums directly inside the container.

Cleverly designed to maximise the internal storage space with minimal external space. Our range of cabinets are designed to accomodate upto 72 x 205 Ltr drums stored on chemical pallets or placed directly on the floor grid. Varying sump capacities are available upto 4000 Litres. Space efficient sliding doors are fitted as standard.

Flammable Liquids Storage Vaults

A Range of secure Flammable Liquids Storage Vaults designed to comply with the Flammable Liquid Storage Regulations (1972) as appropriate and the Factory Inspection Guide HSG51. These vaults will provide a half hour protection from collapse and the passage of flame.

Adjustable vents are fitted that can be opened or closed to meet the requirements of both Flammable Storage (vent closed) and Agrochemicals (vents open).

A fully welded unit ensures compliance with the A.P.E.A Construction requirements.The vaults are multi-lockable for high security and fitted with a lift up action lid assisted by gas struts for the ease of the operator.

Mid shelves will pivot on models SSV01Z and SSV02Z to enable larger items to be stored on base level. Model SSV03Z has a central partition with 4 shelves. The 2 middle and 2 top shelves fold away and the two top shelves can be partially removed to create a larger space for your storage requirements.

All models have a liquid-tight base to contain spillages. For extra protection and fork lifting the units have skids on the base.Please note a fork lift truck Will Be needed to unload all these vaults
