Today I got home from being out all day and was hanging out in my room after a shower. Fawn comes to my door and starts meowing. I hadn’t seen her all day so I thought I should say hello and let her complain about wanting to come into my room. When I opened my door to greet her, she meows and then trots down the hall to my work desk and starts rubbing against my chair and chirping at me. My little heart!!! Sobs!!! She’s used to me sitting there for work and cuddling and getting pet on work days there! Sure enough I sat down and she springs up into my arms and purrs the loudest fucking purr ever and licks the tip of my nose and nuzzles my face.

Anyways I love her.

I finally get down to Hyrule and one of the first things I notice is a BUNNYYY!!! CASUALLY HANGING OUT!!! So I stalk it for the money and it goes dashing off into this cave!

Ugh there is a lot of culture shock I’m running into living in a rich neighborhood around rich people and one of them is the rampant diet/workout culture. It’s…huge out here.

#caitertalks #just warning I’m gonna talk about fatphobia and health shit here but like #bad experience with diet culture #I got on diets basically as young as eleven years old and have been on dozens of different plans over the years #p sure doing long distance running young contributes to my major chronic pain now #all in an effort to be not fat #and here I am fat and injured and nervous and bc it’s such a big deal out here #stressing and considering engaging in it #bc it feels so inevitable #anyways this is why I have a therapist lol #but yea #it’s incredible how much time and energy ppl can take to take care of themselves when they have so much fucking money to do it #and job flexibility #it’s absolutely insane #rich ppl being genuinely confused at why ppl can’t eat healthier or do more hobbies or whatever #and it’s bc they genuinely have the flexibility to do so #the ease at which ppl in this neighborhood are like ya I got the common cold I’m gonna take off work a week to fight this cough #???? I’m like ur??? sure you aren’t making a big deal out of nothing????#when actually they’re living the ideal #I’m getting bitchy at ppl being SO careful and SO delicate with their health out here #but IDEALLY if u had the space to rest for a whole fucking week #and not accept that you will have a cough for three weeks bc you still have to live your life #ppl would be able to stay healthy so much easier #and I’m not!!! without insurance #I’m not without a good job!!!#I already felt sublimely lucky #but witnessing 6 figure income people handle their health is this wild experience of #Jesus Christ I thought I WAS super delicate but you can’t rlly handle allergies can you #and then being like well I guess if I could afford to be so careful with my health I guess I would do that too #anyways!!!!
