basic info on me… i’m a home-schooled angel (in my head anyway), i really like glee and 5 seconds of summer (i’m a mikey lane!) !! i love writing lots too! ☁️ i’m autistic and have c-ptsd and have lots of functioning issues unfortunately.. i’m easy to talk to eventually but i truly struggle with communication often ໒꒱ i’m new to petre and agere, I just hope it will help me cope with my recent struggles <3

how to unassociate bath time = bad time 🙁🙁 every time i take a bath something conviently bad happens and triggers me,, im scared i will eventually become scared of bathing (my only best comfort) because of this. please help if u see this!! any suggestion is okay pls help a little out

🌊🐠 tips for littles who have their period🐠🐳

sometimes littles who menstruate have a monthly tide that comes in, and that’s okay! your body keeping you regulated :)

🐢 go slow your body might need extra rest. move slow, take naps, and curl up in a cozy blanket nest

🫧 warm ocean currents a heating pad or warm blanket can feel like a soft current around your tummy and help with cramps

🐠 hydration like a merperson drink water, tea, or juice in your favorite cup. staying hydrated helps your body ride the tide!

🐚 your tide kit keep a little pouch or box with things you might need: pads/tampons/period underwear, wipes, cozy socks, snacks, and maybe a tiny stuffie

🐬 gentle activities coloring, cartoons, soft music, or cuddling stuffies are perfect relaxing activities

🦀 yummy snacks your body is working hard! extra snacks can help tremendously, even if it's more than what you normally eat

🌊 little reminder: your body growing and changing is natural, even though it can feel icky. take care of yourself and make sure to stay hydrated!!💙
