My name is Dark Pit, but you can call me Ciaran or that. I don’t care. I'm a so called “faller” who fell into another universe through a hole in space-time. I still don’t remember how I got here, but I’m stuck here now, so yay for rips in the fabric of reality. Sarcasm intended.

I have a clingy Umbreon with me named Truth, and an annoying Corviknight named Silver.

this will mainly be a medium-high stakes with some plot included! i actually intend to get into all the yummy trauma and stuff with pittoo so yeah. expect that i guess

I have a random, silly little question for you if you don’t mind. How many times has Pit tried to tickle you? And did he ever succeed? It’s… for science. Hehehe…

For a moment nothing happens, then a giant winged dress shoe descends and lands near Quasar. It opens and two humanoids step out. One is completely blue, one comlpetely red. The pair have flat, featureless faces, aside from a large white circle with a number inside it (2 for blue, 3 for red). They are followed by the being responsible for all this madness in the first place, Baron Twyst Von Jokewyld

Shallahi ushers Hattie into the hat store/makeshift hospital, before glowering at the Baron and their goons.

A multicolor glow surrounds the bomb, before it disassembles itself, removes itself from Quasar's chest, and reconfigures into a different device, a much more benign-looking one. This device looked something in between a pocketwatch and a compass. It settles in Quasar's hand.

The Convetezynce Core's glow is visible again, bringing Quasar just a bit of relief.

Oh and I've also left a gift for your whole gang back at your base. It should make carrying around all those goodies you find in the Dimensional Nexus as you call it easier. The Jester Redeemed already has one

He frowns, thinking of surgical operations and the such, so he hastily tries to climb away, but a sharp pain in his chest made his breath hitch like a hook had been stabbed between his ribs.

There was no one around. Should he try to make a run for it, then? Or see what would happen?

Quasar, Hattie, Harley, and Tess run back down the castle, the Litwick they found earlier seems intent on following them, as they pick up speed, hoping to find their friends quickly

Those friends, at that moment, currently face The Hour, a colossal behemoth of incredible power. Outside Time himself, it is the most potent defense of Time's Castle

Suddenly, the group in the castle can hear noisy metallic clashes and the firing of guns in the distance, and they rush to the window to see what’s going on. 

When they look out the window, they can see a small black figure wreathed in scarlet flame shooting what seemed to be arrows of darkness at a massive behemoth made of clanking metal. The figure frantically threw itself against the beast, like a bird trying to break a window, but the big mech’s armor was just too sturdy to be breached. 

The bird cried out like an angry crow, and a low chime echoed as if the sky was a big chamber, and a huge purple arrow rain bore down on the clockwork creature, making its huge hulk of metal buckle and creak deafeningly in some imitation of pain. The mech whirred loudly, and cocked its enormous arm gun with a click. You could taste ozone in the air as your hairs stood up on end, and a huge, yellow and crackling swathe of lightning consumed the bird like a tsunami consumes a house. 

There wasn’t even a scream. The tiny black figure was sent flying at the impact, crashing straight through the window past the group before slamming into the wall behind with a sickeningly loud crack. It’s body slid down the wall which had a hairline crack where it had impacted, revealing a winged boy of tiny stature which looked to be no older than fourteen. 

The boy coughed, and a small spray of blood spilled over his lips. Dark Pit’s mouth was full of metallic tang and ozone gas, and he struggled to hold onto lucidity as leftover lightning left his nerves fried and his limbs paralysed.

Quasar jumps from the window, landing with a roll next to Shallahi, and immediately starts casting Break Lines at The Hour

Someone grab Dark Pit and let's book for that window there! He then hit the window with a Break Line, shattering it

Alice and Snow stood baffled at the creature. This hour was not like the ones Alice had seen on her first visit to Time's castle it was immensely more terrifying... more scary than the red queen was when she was a child and she had no fighting capabilities unlike the other wonderlandians, she wasn't sure what she could do to help.

Quasar notices that Gamzee and Shallahi are closer to the window than he was, so he calls out to Gamzee

The box is then moved to Gamzee's side as Quasar heals himself a little with Convetezynce, then runs in with his double-bladed sword, trying to get to Alice

Quasar and Hattie reach Alice at the same time, and as Hattie works on healing, Quasar begins forming a Green circle in front of him

New shape... haven't trained this properly... oh well. Here goes!

The shape forms a barrier, only for The Hour to effortlessly shatter it and sent Quasar flying

He decides to try something. It may very well kill him or come close to that, but he would try it anyway. Raising his staff, he transforms it into a wickedly sharp and curved scythe with a sharp violet glow. He takes a shaky breath, steels himself, and starts running forward with a cry, towards the Hour with his eyes fixed on its gears. He leaps, lets his flight boost him up, and strikes with one impressive swinging arc of the blade which cut open the Hour’s left set of gears with a deafening crack like thunder. It left the gears smoking and battered, the metal glowing white-hot from where it was struck.

He was thrown viciously back by the recoil, blacking out almost immediately from the force of impact before he even hit the ground. But he’d bought the group some time to escape, hopefully, because the Hour wasn’t as powerful now with its gears damaged.

All of a sudden everything stopped. When Quasar came to himself again, he was bleeding several places, and had several injuries. He'd definitely need attention after this. He looked around and saw the others had similar injuries - or worse.

With some effort he stood, but he then noticed something - The Hour's main gears were slowing down

We need to stop those gears or we're done for!

Dwayne! Rock Slide! Aim for the gears!

He noticed Shallahi and Gamzee coming for him, and ignored them, his world spinning and his limbs feeling like fragile sponges from the leftover electricity in them. He pulled on his bow, his arms shaking from the effort it took to even pull the string, which concerned him. All he could do was fire a weak wisp of an arrow with only served to irritate a nearby Second. Goddamnit, what did that lightning do to me…?

“I don’t need your help,” he stated breathlessly. He settled for the least physically exhausting weapon and flourished his staff again, and tried to shoot at the gears.

As they said this, more seconds started coming in, stragglers from the first battle- but not enough to really make a difference in the fight.. He coughed up some more red liquid painfully, breathing as if his windpipe got punctured by two rusty nails. By a tremendous effort even Palutena would have applauded, he forced himself to his feet, fell down onto one knew, then struggled to his feet again, his eyes extremely unfocused and threatening to roll into the back of his head.

“I don’t need.. your… help,” he gasped, and sluggishly whipped out his staff and started shooting from the window, his body buckling with the recoil of every shot. Stubborn bird!

Towards the bottom of Time’s Castle, a group of intruders makes their way to the Grand Clock. Led by a troll with uncanny navigation abilities, and a girl who has been here before

As they make their way to a good vantage, Seconds approach, and flash their blades menacingly. Though they aren't very tall, their blades are sharp and they seem itching to fight as they approach

Gamzee's Mantine causes a wave of water to appear, crashing down on the Seconds and sending them away, but then they start to clump together into the much bigger Minutes and regroup

Shallahi runs into the fray, adopting Windstance, cutting through Minutes and Seconds like a hot knife through butter, cleanly dismembering and bisecting them with ease.

Her Plate holds up under the Seconds’ blows, but the Minutes manage a few glowing hairline cracks.

Tyvnk kra—Zeras—I’m impressed they got that far!

She returns to the group, adopting Stonestance.

The Minutes, seeing that their fists are having minimal effect, adopt a ranged stance. and begin preparing to fire when... they stop

A few begin to turn away from them, looking at something else

With that, Gamzee bolts toward the Grand Clock, apparently bound and determined to steal its core

He lets out an exhilarated cackle as he noisily guns down the incoming Minutes, not noticing just how many he was attracting. They gathered in an angry swarm before him, fifty-five, fifty-six, fifty-seven…

“You should let me do that,” Dark Pit grumbled, but didn’t protest. “Anyway, time to beat up baddies. I do one thing best, and that’s damage.”

He raised his staff over his head and it glowed a sharp violet color before morphing into his signature silver bow, and he sighed in familiarity at the comforting weight of his blades in his arms. He yelled and pointed his bow to the sky- there was a low, magical chime echoing around the group and purple light fell from the skies, missing the group but heavily damaging all the Seconds and Minutes at once.

“Now! Go!” He roared to Shallahi, as he braced himself for a horde of angry Seconds and Minutes rushing forward. He quickly switched to his staff again, sidestepping enemies as he relentlessly gunned them down.

Quasar and his little band are assembled at the edge of a deep pit. Across the pit, in the center, is a giant castle reaching high into the sky - Time’s Castle. Quasar takes a moment to collect himself

But at that moment a trio of Shadowglass Screeches begins waylaying them. The Shadowglass are weak, and easily banished, but they make a LOT of noise, alerting the guards

Cannon fire begins to sound

We'll have to fly lower! Do a lap around! We'll shake them by flying in the gaps in the pit!

Svirak-Daughter-None is an excellent flyer, thank the Almighty. Everyone else hanging on isn’t faring so well, but they’ve not lost their grips just yet.

The gang takes a brief moment to get their bearings before taking off again

He wanders around for a bit- and sees the group he’s supposed to be meeting with. Actually,he didn’t even wanna come here in the first place, but someone put that envelope under their pillow anyway and now they were here. Fun. So he thought he’s better go anyway, and he makes his signature dramatic entrance by dropping into a slide and falling to drop-kick one of the Shadowglass with a cry, whipping out his staff and starting to open fire on the incoming enemies to hold them off.

“Need some help?” he smirked over his shoulder as he begun sidestepping attacks and firing.

Yeah, some help'll be much appreciated. Especially if you can take out those gunners as we're flying. Hop on

He waves them off, and hops into the air on his own- you can hear the rush of fire, and he’s flying with a trail of scarlet flame cloaking his wings.

“Don’t worry, I don’t need your help to fly.” He snickers, while rapid firing at the incoming enemies and picking them off one by one.

Taking off yet again, the cannons continue their fire as Quasar joins Dark Pit, firing Breaker Lines toward the source of the shooting.

Gamzee then points out the landing point they had decided on during their plan

Svirak-Daughter-None swiftly swoops over to the landing point, claws clacking against polished stone as the group lands.

Shallahi balls the courier-chicken before summoning her garnet-red Shardplate. Snowflake does the same.

Upon landing, Quasar takes a few seconds to regroup.

Ok everyone, remember the plan. Half of us go for the Chronosphere as a decoy, but don't take it. The other half of us go for the box, Snowflake stays here and meets us as our getaway... and Dark Pit you follow whoever you feel like going with.
