TRANSITS!

They are so cool. And they can really give some unparalleled insights about your current experience and what is to follow. You can look back over significant periods of your life and see where your energy was focused and the circumstances of this. It’s interesting because it can help ease the distress at some life events, for example I was in a life threatening accident in 2011. When I did my transit chart set backward to that date in 2011 I saw four planets including Mars (accidents, trauma, injury) and Pluto (fear, death, rebirth) in the 8th house of dying conjunct my natal planets. It eases the anger or confusion that can arise as a response to life changing events, it relieves you and releases you in some way. 

The transits of the outer planets can be especially insightful. The inner planets move quickly like popping popcorn over the horoscope because of their quick orbits. We only get a little time to soak in the energy. Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto move much slower and we are forced to become very intimate in the way these planets want about this area of life. A Saturn transit through the houses signifies where we can feel intense demands. Uranus in transit is where we could be acting erratic and innovative. Neptune in transit is where we could be acting idealistic or inspired. Pluto in transit indicates the life and death battle we are facing. We can experience Saturn transiting through the 12th houses multiple times in life to evaluate the success of last time. These planets move slow enough to generate human and spiritual expertise and powerful transformation in that department of life. 

If something in the birth chart is important, it will also be important by transit. Like Mercury in Gemini in the birth chart. And suppose it’s also in the sixth house and receives a lot of aspects. In that situation, Mercury is very prominent. Wherever it transits it will be humming.
