A huge grin crossed over Austin’s face as his best friend told him that she’d be sad if he didn’t want to keep the tempting up between the two of them. How could he not want too? Callie was incredible in every sense. He didn’t know what it was about the girl but she intrigued him more than anyone else in this world. “Why wouldn’t I? You fascinate me. I’m in literal awe of you.” Austin’s hand squeezed the girls waist as she told him that he had no idea how long she’d wanted to kiss him like this. “Honestly? Same. I always thought you were out of my league.” Austin never made a move in case it ruined anything. He was surprised to see that it hadn’t.  “You know I’ve been crushing on you for months, right? People call me out on it all the time.”

Calliope sat and just looked at him for a moment. He was honestly beautiful so being told that he was in awe of her made her feel special. “Out of your league?” She puffed out some breath and shook her head. “I don’t think you know just how hot you are, Austin. You’re so beautiful.” She told him, running her thumb over his jawline and smiling to him. Hearing he’d had a crush on her for as long as she had made her feel better and at the same time, annoyed they hadn’t done anything about it sooner if they both felt the same. “Same here! I just didn’t want to ruin our friendship with a crush. I kept trying to tell myself it wasn’t anything and that we’re just friends!”

Tilly was thrown off by the variety of options that Calliope provided her with and hummed while the blonde was getting her things together. “What’s in walking distance? I feel like I want to go for a walk. Unless you want to go for a drive then we can. I’m pretty easy on whatever food we have.” She told her. Food was still a bit of a funny topic with Mathilde - even after therapy. It was easier if she didn’t have to think about what to eat and found it easier to just go with what other’s liked. 

“The food trucks aren’t that far of a walk and then we can just see what we fancy when we get there.” Callie suggested. She was more of a see in the moment than planning something like that. It’s why she liked being near the food trucks. “I’m ready when you are.” She said after a few more moments of getting her stuff and making sure she had her things.

Austin and Callie’s friendship was on the flirty side for as long as he could remember back. Somehow, they’d managed to keep their hands off each for the last couple of months. Maybe it was because the both of them didn’t want to potentially ruin the connection they that had? Austin knew it was too late to do anything now that his lips were already willingly pressing against hers. He couldn’t help but to smile as the girl moved to straddle over his lap and get more comfortable. His one hand moved to the girls waist as the other pressed against the very small of her back. “Alright, the game’s still on then.” Callie kissed him again and his heart raced against his chest. “You tempt me for however long you want as long as I can keep tempting you back.”

The feeling of his hands around her waist and on her back in an intimate way felt strangely natural. Her hands lightly slid down from his cheeks and down on to his shoulders. She kept herself close and looked at his eyes. “I’d be sad if you didn’t keep tempting me back.” Callie told him in a low voice and a big smile on her lips. She sighed softly, looking over his eyes. “You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to kiss you for.” Callie confessed. “Is that bad?”

Where else was Austin suppose to look when the girl was standing right in front of his face? He couldn’t advert his gaze anywhere else other than the girls back and ass. He wasn’t complaining. Although, standing in front of him was rightfully so a distraction, and he couldn’t let her beat him. “Maybe I’ve been checking out your ass before tonight? Maybe I didn’t know where else to look when we went rock climbing and you were talking about your thighs and it cast a spell on me.” Austin didn’t know what was coming over him because he’d never spoken so openly to Callie. His thoughts were his secrets and yet here he was spilling them out and letting them escape. Austin’s hand slipped beneath the girls brunette locks to the back of her neck as he crashed his mouth against hers - tilting his head to the side ever so slightly to deepen the on-going kiss. “This is the point when we say the games a tie, right?”

Hearing him describe how long ago it actually was when he first checked her out was definitely reassuring. It hadn’t just been her all this time but before she could say anything back, she interrupted it with the kiss. It was far to say that the kiss lived up to how she imagined it. When he pulled back to speak, her hands slid from the back of his neck to rest more at his shoulders. “I don’t know about that...” She shifted to straddle his lap so she was actually facing him rather than sitting along his lap. Her hands rested on his cheek. “...if the game’s over then I have to stop tempting you.” Callie leaned back to kiss his lips again. It really was intoxicating.

while she was surprised she even got an invite to the wedding, marley most certainly wasn’t going to turn down the chance to party. free booze, free food not to mention she was going to make her ex sorry with how hot she looked. her ex who just so happened to be the groom. a smile spread onto perfectly glossed lips as the other approached her, grateful for the familiar face at the party that was turning out to be a bust. “both but technically invited by the groom.” blonde strands of hair whipped across her cheeks thanks to the wind at sea, “boat parties just make me feel trapped, ya know?” she took a swig from the drink in hand, “what about you? bride or groom?”

Callie nodded when she mentioned about feeling trapped. “I get that. You can’t escape if something goes wrong.” She nodded. Being trapped on a boat with a side of her family she didn’t like felt even worse for Callie than she imagined so she definitely knew how Marley felt. “Bride’s my step-sister.”

Coco had made it a promise to herself in high school to make all of her conquests lives a living hell. Namely, crashing their weddings if she so pleased and when she had heard someone she hooked up with was having a little engagement party, she just had to crash. She had taken it upon herself to relax on the boat, red bikini glaring against the sun. “I fucked the groom,” she deadpanned, turning her head to look at Callie. “And the bride too,” she paused, bringing her sunglasses atop her head. “Not at the same time, though.”

Callie liked to think she was a better person than she used to be but when it came to her step-siblings, she was very good at reverting back to the spiteful brat she once was. Hearing the other’s response, she could tell the other was looking for a little chaos and what was a little fuel on the fire? She sat down on the sunbed next to Coco. “In that case, I’m curious. Who was worse in bed? Got to know who’s disappointing who in this marriage.”

one of ollie’s favorite things to do was live painting , so when she saw a couple on facebook asking for someone to do just that for their engagement party she couldn’t help but jump at the opportunity. she had just about finished painting a scene of the soon to be husband and wife staring off into the distance at the water , and was about to start added the final touches of detail when she heard the recognizable voice speak up next to her. “callie? have you been here this whole time?” ollie was honestly in shock it took her this long to notice her , let alone for the two of them to speak. “neither of them actually , i’m just here doing a painting - - wanna see?” a faint smile spread across her lips as she tilted the canvas over for callie to look at. “ i can’t believe you’ve been here and i had no idea - - where on earth have you been hiding?” 

“Yeah, even got roped in to helping set up this thing.” Though she was clearly not happy about it from her tone. Her face turned back in to a smile when Ollie mentioned she was doing some art for them and nodded quickly. “I’d love to see it!” She answered, walking a little closer to Ollie. “At the bar or when they started doing speeches, in the back kitchen with some of the staff.”

It was an extremely busy day for Mathilde; she was moving in to her new place with a roommate she could see herself getting along with very well. She’d assured Calliope that she was fine with her suitcases. That was always the thing about moving to a different country - you could never bring everything with you so it wasn’t so hard to unpack. Mostly, it was hanging up her clothes in the wardrobe and putting her makeup on the table as well as hanging up a couple of pictures (in line with the lease contract details about nails). 

Finishing up in her room, the brunette made her way to the blonde’s bedroom and knocking sheepishly on the door until she heard a greeting to come inside. “Hey, I’m done unpacking. I was thinking that I might go and get some food. Would you like to come with?” It may have been a slight ulterior motive of Tilly actually not knowing the area well enough to know good places to go but also a chance for her to get to know her new housemate.

After Aurora had left her without a roommate, Callie was more than happy to welcome in a new girl to join her in her apartment. They seemed to get on on the phone so she figured it couldn’t be so bad. It was definitely better than being on her own. She’d offered to help Tilly unpack a couple of times before leaving her to it. Staying her room, she was doing some drawing on her tablet with Apollo, her dog, sleeping on the bed next to her. “Hey, glad to hear it!” Though a bigger smile grew at the offer. “You had me at food.” She pushed up on to her knees from her stomach and grabbing her jacket. “What are you in the mood for? Drive thrus? Sit in restaurant? Diners? Food trucks?” She suggested. Callie was a huge foodie so she knew way too many options.

Austin smiled as the girl fell back against him with a laugh escaping from out of her mouth. Maybe he’d be fine not winning for once? He could take losing if this is where it was leading too. His own heart started to race against his chest as the girl leaned back against him. It’s at that exact moment that he noticed the gap between them was next to nothing. This was his chance. “That’s cheating! You can’t shove your ass in my face and expect me not to check you out.” His hands pressed against the girls waist as he shifted underneath her little bit. “What aren’t I going to do about it?” He pressed one finger to the girls chin - tilting her head back towards his own. His mouth was inches from her own. His nose brushed against hers. “Don’t tempt me.”

The fact that he confessed to checking her out made her eye brow raise. Maybe she was trying to fool herself that their moment in the lodge was nothing which now gave her free reign to fully flirt. “Maybe I wanted you to check out my ass.” It hadn’t actually been her intention but she was going to act like it was. She felt her breathing become shallow when his finger tilted her head and closed a good amount of the gap between them. All of those butterflies in her stomach and that final voice in the back of her head saying ‘fuck it’ lead her to this moment. Callie’s hand dropped the controller and moved to the back of his neck and finally, closing that last gap to kiss him. Something she’d been wanting to do for months and she couldn’t care less in that moment whether it was a bad idea or not.

Austin rolled his eyes as the girl mentioned that she didn’t know if she’d risk ruining her hair more than it already was by changing the colour of it. He didn’t see any of the imperfections. Austin nudged his arm back against the girls as she tried to make him mess up on the controls. He’d been doing pretty well until the last lap when his best friend began to stand in front of him. Austin’s character ran into the wall because he couldn’t see or turn it to go the right way again. His focus shifted from the screen down to the girls curves. The game was the last thing he was paying attention too from that point onwards. His attention just went onto the girl in front of him. He threw his controller to the side of him and wrapped his arm around the girls petite frame and dragged her back onto his lap to move her away from the screen that she was blocking him from. His mouth pressed against the girls ear as he lowered his voice to be just above a whisper. “Are distractions your new tactic? I didn’t know we were playing by those kind of rules.”

Callie wasn’t paying too much attention to him throwing his controller to the side. In fact, she barely paid attention until she felt his hands grab her and pull her backwards making her instantly laugh as she fell on to his lap. However, the second she felt his breath as his lips moved close to her ear and then that low voice, her laugh faded. She could feel the butterflies back in her stomach. The same butterflies she kept trying to deny to herself. Her head turned so she could look at him, realising just how close their faces actually were which made her swallow a little harder. “If it means I win, then yeah.” Her lips curved in to a smirk before she said the next bit. “What are you gonna do about it?”

Austin couldn’t pretend like Callie wasn’t someone that crossed his mind from time to time too. “You probably could with that artsy vibe you’ve got going. I could imagine you dying your hair some wild colour and everybody falling in love with it.” Austin watched the girl click a couple of different courses from the options for them to race on. He was ready to try and win them all. “Touche!” He started to count down with the clock on the screen ready to let the battle commence. “3….2…1…GO!”

"Hm, maybe. I don’t know if I’d risk ruining my hair more than it probably already is.” She considered with a laugh. The races had been pretty even. It came down to the last race and Callie needed to win it to gain that one extra point to win. Throughout the first two laps, she’d been playfully nudging Austin’s hand to try and make him mess up his controller hold. However, when he took the lead in the final lap, she decided to be more of a little shit by standing up and standing in front of him so he couldn’t see the screen. “Austin! Why are you driving in to the wall? I hope you’re not letting me win.” She teased with a big grin as she briefly looked behind to make sure she was staying in front of his view.

It was a well known fact that Calliope and her step-siblings didn’t get along. So when one of her step-siblings got engaged and was using Callie’s dad’s money to pay for the party boat to celebrate, it was fair to say Callie was annoyed. She was told she had to be there by her dad but that didn’t mean she had to enjoy watching the chaos. She’d been sat on one of the chairs when she noticed a familiar face off to the side which prompted her to go over. “Well, well, well, who do you know? The bride or groom to be?” She leaned against the railing, looking to them. @egustarters​

Oliver chuckled in return, shrugging his shoulders. “Well, it’s nice to meet you Callie.” His eyes lit up when she mentioned she was headed to some food trucks. Now, Oliver wasn’t the kind of guy who wanted to insert himself in anybody’s plans, especially not someone he had just met three seconds ago, but his stomach couldn’t help but growl at the idea of this. “That sounds incredible.” He replied, biting down on his lip. “Is there anything good there? Cause if there is I might have to follow behind you.” Oliver teased. 

“It’s nice to meet you too, Oliver!” She smiled. Before she was going to answer his question, she heard his joking comment. “Well, I promise you definitely don’t have to follow behind me. There’s plenty of space next to me.” Callie assured him, inviting him to join her. “There’s all sorts. It’s my favourite place to go when I don’t know what I want since it’s, like, an international load of foods.”

Austin knew some other people wouldn’t get the conversations that went on between them. Interpretations were a conversation they’d sometimes drift into about different pieces of art whether it be music or pictures. He loved getting to see Callie’s outlooks and own perspectives. “You would pick the pink haired character, huh? Look at my power. I’m constantly in your head.” Austin tilted his head back into a laugh as the other told him to imagine a princess losing to a mushroom character. That would be something. He would have to do the princesses justice. Austin leaned forward with the controller in his hands focused on the screen right ahead of him. “I’m ready whenever you are!”

Calliope nervously bit her lip when he mentioned how he was constantly in her head. It wasn’t exactly wrong so she just tried to smile and laugh and play it off. “I do love your pink hair. I mean, I wish I could pull that off like you do.” She laughed. The blonde fiddled around picking a set of courses and clicked play, hearing that familiar sound of the race starting. “I hope you’re ready to go down.” She joked, not actually hearing how that could sound like a total innuendo.
