So, it was King’s pre-birthday celebration and my original plan was to surprise him for a trek in Mount Costa. But then, in the last minute, I was having a doubt about the plan because of the rainy weather here in Baguio. Good thing is, I haven’t booked a ticket yet 😊
I don’t have any choice that time but to tell him about my plans (Plan A and Plan B). Yes, it did spoil the surprise but it doesn’t matter because I decided to just let my gift for him be the surprise anyway. So, I asked him to choose between Pig out/Pamper and Pig out/Trek and he chose the latter one but also worrying about the weather. We decided to make the Pig out/Pamper our Plan B in case the weather will not let us do the trekking. But.. a big BUT! Scratch all of the planned ideas because none of them was followed 😂 After choosing and deciding what to do, we just end up watching a movie and dining in at Yes Pho 😂
If you’re a fan of NBA or specifically, Kyrie Irving, this is a must-watch movie for you 😂
After we watched Uncle Drew, we decided to have our lunch (or should I say “merienda” date? :D) at Yes Pho, a restaurant serving an authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

When the waitress approached us, we asked her their best seller and she said it’s the Pho Noodle Soup, of course 😁 But it’s weird because in their menu the one labeled “bestseller” is the Bun Thit Nuong. Still, we ordered the one she said their best seller. It has 3 flavors: Beef, Chicken and Seafood. We chose to order the Pho Bo (Beef Pho).

We also tried their best seller and specialty Rolls 😊
Fried Egg Rolls, their best seller, 3pcs. for 79 pesos
Fresh Spring Roll (vegetarian flavor), their specialty, 65 pesos per pc.

Actually, this blog should’ve been posted 5 months ago. But then, it’s only this time I decided to make my personal blog. So.. even if it’s already a late post, I still want to share with you guys this little paradise we went to last Valentine’s Day.
Because of our busy working schedule, my boyfriend and I decided to have a Post-Valentines Celebration. Here are some of the pictures of the place where we had our quick getaway:

Sierra Vista Beach Resort is located at Nibaliw West San Fabian, Pangasinan. San Fabian is one of the most famous beach destinations in Pangasinan where beach lovers have a variety of resorts to choose from depending on their budget and other preferences. Sierra Vista is one of the top choices of many visitors and you have to experience to find out why 😊

As you can see in the pictures, the place is so relaxing and refreshing to the eyes because of its green surroundings. C’mon! Who doesn’t love nature? 😊
Their parking lot is very spacious so you don’t have to worry about it.
The parking area has Cabanas where you can relax, read, sleep or just enjoy watching the calmness of the river in front and feel the bright and breezy ambiance of the resort. The spot is very serene and it is a great place to meditate.

The resort only has 2 pools, 1 kiddie pool and 1 for adults. The pool is clean and well maintained. And take note guys, unlike other resorts, Sierra Vista allows guests to swim until they get satiated. You can use the pool (with consideration to other guests) until 12 midnight 😊
They have a restaurant where you can order delicious and satisfying foods. The head chef, Chef Pio, is able to turn basic ingredients into carefully-crafted and palatable meals. Well, no doubt, he’s one of the best and famous chefs in Baguio 😊 The resort offers 3 kinds of room: Matrimonial Room, Family Room and Dorm Type. One thing I love in this resort is their very affordable rates compare to the other resorts and take note, they don’t have peak rates 😊
The Matrimonial Room (2pax) costs around 2500 per night. You can ask for additional mattress that costs 350 per person.
The Family Room (4 pax) costs 3,000 per night. You can also ask for additional mattress.
The Dorm Type can accommodate 10pax to a maximum of 24pax (if you add mattress).

If you prefer to prepare your own food, you may bring cooked food or grill beside the beachfront sheds. They also allow guests to use videoke but you will rent it from nearby vendors outside the resort.
Oh, and before I forget, for walk-in guests, entrance fee is php 150. Children 3 y/o and below are free of charge. They also give Senior Discount 😊
