has it been seven years? i wouldn't say that's a while, more like a very long time. it does, i know. thank you! it's all been a bit of a whirlwind and you know...life has a lot of twists and turns. that's good, and everything else? i heard about the split..from dua and that couldn't have been easy to process.

Such a shame, really to think we haven't had the chance to work together more. Going to have to start making a ruckus to attempt to make it known. To be honest, I was shocked that it was two years ago and I'm realizing I'm starting to lose track of how fast time goes. I've been promoting my film that's coming out. How've you been? How's the family?
sometimes it could be what makes sense then even if it doesn't always, i know some work things out but i will say, glad we're still in each others lives. and i think, i'm okay for the most part but apart of me will always be hurting i mean, never got close to marriage with anyone or connected with anyone like you. so the feelings will always be there even if we're to watch each other get with others.
Sometimes breakups are more logical and some are just meant to happen even if you didn't expect it. Of course, I've always tried to keep friendly with my exes, doesn't always work but like to think that we're adult enough. Think it's okay to know someone mattered in a piece of your heart, you were special in a lot of ways, Dua. Think we both just deserve to find what we are looking for. Whatever and whoever that might be.
Wow, and here I thought it was quintessential Brit television. Dare I say you're really disappointing your people with this confession. Not a big reality tv fan, aye? That's fair. Have you not watched it at all? Honestly you probably don't even have to watch to really be able follow what's going on, the way everybody talks about it online when a season is airing. But yeah, I was on season seven of the usa version but that's the least interesting thing about me. Well, the most basic break down is that it's just a bunch of single people trying to find love, put together to live in a huge island villa for several weeks. The point is to hopefully make a genuine connection and relationship that would last outside the villa once it's all over. There's also challenges, recouplings every week, people get dumped from the island, and new people come in every now and then to shake things up.
Is it? I don't even know that, as a fellow Brit. Hear about it a lot, but I'm pretty shit at watching television, let alone reality television. Unless forced to when I need some down time with friends. Don't believe I said it would be your most interesting thing about you but why ask someone random when you can go to the source of someone who has been through it? That was my logic but good to know! Sounds complicated far more than I was expecting. So it's basically find love and romance while also competing in what is like MTV The Challenge?

Years at this point, we were practically kids in that. Or felt like it. Heard about it, I'll admit, I'm still shit at watching shows so I haven't seen it but have heard all the chaos and excitement it's brought people. I've been good, busy. Doing some press at the moment.

I know, which is why I say it, because I can, and it's not going to change. You could be in your forties and still gonna have that as your contact in my phone. Press is exhausting no matter how big, I am forever grateful when I get to get home and crash for a few days, or even weeks. I've been alright, keeping busy. Have press going, spent some time on holiday just recharging.
