#BitsChat Wrap-Up with an Instagram Superstar
#BitsChat is a live Twitter chat hosted by our Camera Bits team. During these chats, we invite some special people in the industry to talk about all things photography.
For this month’s #BitsChat, we invited Morgan Stone Grether, a travel, event, and portrait photographer. He’s an Instagram superstar, with currently almost 600,000 likes on his account. Morgan had some stellar advice for people promoting photography on social media.
We also invited followers of the conversation to jump in as well. After all, this is a discussion, and everyone is welcome!
Here’s a wrap-up of the chat, in order of the questions asked:
Before the questions began, Mick predicted that Morgan had added some followers to his already massive following:

A1 Twitter is where it is at. Lots of fun with minimal pretense. Oh and tons of #BelieveInFilm peeps too. #BitsChat
@redfishingboat no not at all. I just find twitter peeps more fun. I tried facebook groups and hated them. #believeinfilm #bitschat

The fun times kept rolling when chatters asked Morgan questions of their own:
@somekindalove hard, hard question! But the waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge never ever ever get old. #BitsChat
— Morgan Stone Grether (@grether)
@redfishingboat @grether yes! #Bitschat
