No, silly! The artist just finished over 5 months developing and researching his latest, upcoming project!

Sweet, another one that he'll announce and eventually abandon out of laziness or sudden loss of interest?

Bro, the man has been working two jobs at a time to cope with inflation, give him a break. Besides, he's already completed a full summary of chapter one, so there's something to guide him!

Okay, but when is the art guy gonna finish drawing the model sheets for Bluster and his Epic Army of Blusterland-

Hi there. This is Meteor Shower Bear, the artist's Caresona, and the closest link to his subconscious.

Work has given him a tremendous amount of burnout, which explains why he hasn't posted anything in a month. However, this gave him an opportunity to experiment. This way, all the stories about the Care Bears that have accumulated inside of his head doesn't go to waste.

The artist watched every episode of Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai a month ago. However, after digging a little deeper, he also discovered its original light novel series.

After taking a peek into the light novel by purchasing two books, he discovered a radically simple story writing technique, by eliminating unnecessary details but being just detailed enough to describe situations easily, and a simple dialogue exchange with little to no breaks.

He decided to put his mental capabilities by working on a project written fresh from scratch, but underwent heavy development through research first to ensure the characters in this story are in-character like in the story, and the Battle of Austerlitz depicted here is as historically accurate and as realistically depicted as possible.

So far, he's made three original artworks for this story. The next post should have the Royal Road link to the story he's working on.

Once he's done with Chapter 4, expected to be done by December 2nd, he will start focusing on making all of the Care Bears: Unlock The Magic fanfiction that's been under development hell in his mind for almost two years.

However, because of constant work burnout that's affecting his sleep schedule, don't expect him to work on art requests for now. But we might still manage to answer some asks if he feels like drawing it.

The artist's, well, art production has slowed down significantly since he is really busy with work right now, so here is a preview of his next art, which is going to be a short, 3-panel comic.

This pretty much summarizes the art dude's first two weeks of August 2021.

Week one is just The Quintessential Quintuplets, and it looks like he spent his entire week two playing Item Asylum in ROBLOX How about weeks three and four?

He spent it all at work and at drawing those two images. I mean, give the guy a break, he doesn't know when to say "no" to any art requests, even if he knows it's too big for him to realistically finish with the tiny amount of daily free time he has left.

Poor guy really needs to learn how to admit that he could not fulfill a promise instead of, you know, going AWOL for weeks trying to find a way to finish it, and probably never fulfilling that promise ever again.

Anyways, that man and his quintuplet girlfriends are going to stick with us for a while. I wonder how we can integrate them to this art blog...

Two weeks break from art, two extra weeks of hard work leading to delays for art guy to make art. No time to explain further.

Besides current internet connectivity issues and an immense workload for this week, the artist is having trouble deciding whether to post his 5Toubun fan art here or create a new art blog specifically for Quint-related art.

I think he's afraid that all of his Care Bear art is gonna pop up at Google Images and ruin the others searching for Quintessential Quintuplet fan art. I mean, look what happened to "Duchy of Nassau"!

Anyway, Miku Nakano and the rest are staying here, but we'll try make sure to minimize any contact between two absolutely different universes.

Well, this sums up the artist's dillemma throughout the entire two and a half years of this art blog's existence.

The art guy had been through rough waters for the past two weeks, especially recently due to family problems. He refuses to talk further details about it, but he managed to resolve it on his own, and had to binge watch an anime called The Quintessential Quintuplets to relieve himself of the trauma and stress inflicted by it.

We would really love talk about it, but the artist does not want you guys to feel worried any further.

Anyways, expect him to later flood Cheer's art blog with Nino or Miku Nakano to counter the huge number of fanart of Yotsuba he's found online.

Yeah, he got a bit too busy working on a 26 minute long video set in a ROBLOX game that shut down a long time ago, with its community having switched to Little Islands. In a few hours, the art guy should post the Polite-Perfect Panda Tickle Fight art request someone had been waiting for since October or November last year.

Whoever was waiting for this long has sheer will and determination, and we salute you, because the artist had second thoughts about making this art request countless times.

I can see why...
