Garden goals this year!! Over the past 3 weeks I have turned 10 plants into 22 plants and I am still going!! Checked on the worms today with the snow and the good babies did what they were supposed to do and moved to the center of the bin so the worm compost will be ready on schedule! #gardengoals #gardenlife #nevertoomanyplants #soilcuresthesoul

So for 6 months I have been on a journey of healing. This area of my body has been my issue and until July I had no idea. My struggle with weight loss, fitness, eating, being healthy both physically and mentally all became clear when I finally realized I was not superhuman and sought help. I have found meditation and my happy place...it is the 20-30 minutes I give myself daily to stop and listen to what my body is telling me and find peace. I set my intentions and move forward with new awareness.
