When was her liscense previously set to expire?

January 31, 2020. And before all the little trolls flood my inbox with “theories” of hedging bets and such nonsense, not only is there a substantial filling fee but required training. People need to complete continuing education prior to filing. This was not a last minute decision or safety net, it’s a planned life choice.
