In Mine Opinion: Absolutelyeth not! Those two have such a strong bond with each other, any attempt of Rouxls to inserteth himself would lead to catastrophic failure. That, and Rouxls would not want his Honeys to be fightingeth.

Okay as a professional on the matter I feel as though I have to interject here.

Rouxls would start out as Doof's second in commande. Obviously. In theory they'd be an incredible couple! But in practice they would piss each other off to NO end.

Insert Perry the Platypus breaking down the door, and Rouxls will, of course, immediately jump to the conclusion they're a couple. A very strange couple but we'll get to that. So that's where he'll start trying to insert himself in that relationship, which does not exist! Perry the Platypus and Doofenshmirtz do NOT consider themselves a couple, regardless of how much they act like one.

So Rouxls manages to convince Doofenshmirtz to "partner up", more or less romantically. We all know Doof is desperate okay. He wouldn't be thrilled about it, but he'd take the opportunity and let Rouxls consider them romantic partners.

And obviously now Rouxls is thinking of himself as on the same level as Doofenshmirtz, and for a while, maybe a week at most, he'd join the thwartings (much to both Doof and Perry's dismay) before eventually taking an opportunity mid-thwart to question the whole. Beating each other up thing. Like is it like a kink, or...? Far be it from him to judge, of course, but if he's gonna be dating them he'd like to be in on the reasoning behind it.

And from there things collapse REAL fucking fast. What do you MEAN dating us? We're not dating! Thou're not? But you so obviously haveth a thing for each otherst! What's that supposed to mean? No one gettsteth that up close and personal without havingst a thing! Whenever he hath'nt got his waffle tail in thoust face he lookethst at you like you're the third world wonder! Krkrkr

Anyway long story short Rouxls tries, semi-succeeds for a week, implodes the relationship and wingmans an evil middle aged divorcee and a hyper intelligent secret agent platypus.
