SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER (or maybe not + and if so, you deserve and study break). Come check out some awesome local talent and support a YWAM trip TONIGHT at Remedy Coffee Shop in the Old City! Suggested donation of $10, but donate whatever. Show starts at 7, but we recommend getting there a little early (Remedy makes a killer chai latte). See you there, friends!
Rhythm N Blooms Fest
School may be back in session, but the sun is shining and la primavera is springing in Knox, people! So you won't catch us complaining. Wanna know why else? This weekend marks Rhythm N Blooms Fest in downtown Knoxville. A full weekend in some of our favorite venues with some of our favorite bands (some hailing from Knox-- we see you, Erick Baker and The Black Cadillacs). Check out the full line-up and event schedule on their website (here). Tix are $60 for the three-day festival, or you can buy one-day passes for $30 (here). Backup Planet is playing Saturday night at Pres Pub for only $5! Check out + RSVP for the event (here). Either way, C+C declares this a good+funky weekend.
