To be honest, as a survivor (diagnosed at 38 now I’m 44) I get tired of seeing all the products in the stores with pink ribbons on them (especially the products that cause cancer!  I dread seeing all the pink parties, pink ribbon cookies, etc… but I got to thinking….If one person, only ONE sees all this pink and does a self-exam or goes and gets their mammogram, then it’s worth it!  So let me, a person, a survivor who hates pink in October but hates cancer even more, implore you to share images, remind others to get checked and get checked yourself!   Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to our health!
