look at this weird bird milly found

monster roommate vash's true form, he does have an in between form but it's very uncomfortable for him to be in (doesn't stop him from sleeping in it). Being in his human form feels worse, but he's been in it so long it's like an ignorable bruise to him and he still can't bring his height to truly "normal" range (alolan exeggutor looking mf). The 3 gold scale outlines on his cheeks are actually a membrane that shows how full his venom gland is. all his eyes have a 3rd membrane that protect them when flying, vash and nai were originally found near the poles where they blended in, with their marking confusing other creatures. He still has a big appetite and does hunt in the wood where he met meryl also hunting and immediately formed a monster to monster friendship only to be scared shitless by meeting milly in her deer blind. Vash knows that milly knows what he is and is very thankful she's been so cool with everything.

since the 4 of them live in a 2br bath apt i's like to imagine meryl and wolfwood trying to room together to better keep their werewolf secret but the urgency in meryl's voice for this has milly raising her eyebrows like "ok miss meryl, sure you and ww can room together :)" which has meryl screaming that it's NOT LIKE THAT and she just wants to make sure milly is comfortable considering she's the only name on the lease, but unfortunately for her ww leans into it and how it was LOVE AT 1ST SIGHT because he can already see how much she wants to strangle him, in the end the room arrangements are milly by herself, ww and meryl begrudgingly sharing a room, and vash on the pullout couch that they've never seen him sleeping in
