C.H.A Can Happen Anytime by Nucha & Icha Spon-ta-ne-ous; happening or arising without apparent external cause, self-generated. You cannot control it when ideas pop in your head, but you can control it whether you want to make it real or not. Just like these dynamic duo, Nucha and Icha, who spontaneously came up with the idea of this label, C.H.A, which stands for their names. C.H.A represents girls who are confident of themselves and love who they are. These two best friends share similar views for fashion and style. Simple, sexy, chic, and can be worn anytime, is how they like it. Then……it happens.

Their first collection, titled “Paint Me Wonderland” was out around July 2010 and the second collection "Closure" was debut at Brightspot Market April 2011, both collections are still ready for you to raid at IDEA at MAZEE, FX Lifestyle 6th Floor, Jakarta and Locoshop, Jl. Like the days of childhood, at times we try to escape from the gruesome reality of adulthood to a secret hiding place where the restless soul can finally be at ease for a brief moment. Just that stolen little time when we shut down and put the noises on mute. Give yourself a proper closure.

Everything in our lives needs a closure. From day to night, from dusk to dawn, from white to black, like the sunlight that sets everyday to welcome the beam of moonlight that will shine the starry sky.

Closure is a beginning to a new start.

This collection is inspired by closure that happens in our life, as simple as ending a relationship, catfight with a girlfriend, even the simplest how you put your ipod playlist for your lullaby. It’s a comeback for C.H.A after having a short 6-months absent, it is a new beginning for them without has to take a u-turn, but yet we’re wiser. Look deeper in the closure you may find the beauty of it. Be free. Enjoy life. After all, closure can happen anytime. There’s a new thing after.

Finally, finally is a bad word to start a positive sentence. Well, after 6-months of hard work of converging two minds in to one. We, Nucha and Icha, the people behind C.H.A (Can Happen Anytime) proudly present our first collection called, “Paint Me Wonderland”. The collection was inspired by Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, we personally love the movie even though it may be a little overrated to be behind a collection. All the articles are also named under the characters and we made quotes for each, so every design has a story. For instance, this is the signature for this collection, “The Queen” dress in 100% cotton turquoise with an oversized pink heart sewn on the chest, comes with the quote “I may be cruel, but I also like to play”. Basically, we make playful outfits with bright colors, so we want girls to have fun and paint their own wonderland.

After it happened, the collection, “Paint Me Wonderland” is ready for you to raid. We had made our debut at Brightspot Market on 8-11 July 2010, and Thank God the crowd love it! After that, we will distribute C.H.A in Bali only for a moment. So it will be limited and bring out our uniqueness. The collection will be ready in mid August. Fingers crossed, we hope more people will love the brand and appreciate it just how we do. Meanwhile, we’re preparing for the second collection, in hope to be launched in December. Can’t wait to see what’s next we’ll bring to you? Be patient because curiosity can happen anytime.

First Collection Madness!!

Pardon us that we are kinda new at this. Now we know how crazy life turns you upside down in preparing a collection. Starts from a mood picture, color range, choice of fabrics, designs, sample productions (yes, 1...2...or maybe 3), then the production itself that we have to take a very good part in the quality control, and finally we have to go back and forth to Bali. Oh yea maybe I haven't mentioned it before, C.H.A will be distributed in Bali only for now. We are going to launch our first collection this mid year. We are very excited to do this kind of thing, and hell yes it is damn serious. We're just hoping that people will appreciate the products.

We'll keep posting, talk soon.
