I spotted this lovely woman in a shop in the City Circle today. As soon as she saw my camera (which I always carry with me- never know when inspiration will strike!), she struck a pose, like a true Capitol fashionista. What do you think? Does she have what it takes to outshine the ever-fashionable District 12 Escort, Effie Trinket? With this wonderful Dior design, I think she might! I love the Hunger Games. Every year, Capitol citizens go all-out, finding the absolute latest and greatest in fashion and show it off for everyone to see at all of the pre-Games events! ~Aria
