down to 140 by Jan. 1, 2024, and still dropping!
no ABC or any other named plan, and no specific exercise either, just consuming less overall and making swaps for common foods (Sara Lee De-light-ful bread for example), although my real secret is probably my chronic anxiety!
am an adult and a high school math teacher, no age-based dni criteria or anything, I happen to not post 'adult content' on this account and I think it's good for anyone to see what doing this as an adult is like

ETA: btw, still on here in 2025 (down to 120, or 115 if it's a really good week), I just actually put effort in to interacting with people on this account instead of reblogging a bunch of fandom posts in a row like I do on my main, so I post wayyy less
