i hope you’re all aware of the 300 recently discovered love letters between two gay british soldiers during ww2 that are going to be possibly adapted into a film.

they’re beautiful and poetic and tragic and heart-wrenching and brave. i highly suggest going and reading the excerpts. 

here’s the one that broke my heart:

Hey guys!

This blog is dedicated to some characters I’ve made who are supposed to be magical girls who have powers that are based on their sexuality. Their main purpose is to educate others and said sexualities. I want this to eventually become a webcomic for teens to learn about their preferences, or for people who are curious on the subject. If that happens, it’ll also be about supporting friends and family no matter who they are and it’ll be about problem solving. Captain Ace would be the protagonist of this series, and she’d have her pals who are bi and pan on her side. There will be other sexualities represented in magical girl form, but those are the main three. I hope you all will enjoy what I post on here!
