What I love about Sofiane not being “subtle” about being into Imane is that he does it in a way that’s not overbearing at all. He doesn’t repeatedly ask her to do things with him to force her to pay attention to him, he doesn’t say anything about his feelings, he just asks her if she’d like to be a part of the things he’s doing (playing outside, coming to a party, dancing…), he checks up on her but always let her say no or walk away or stay on her own, he gives her a choice always, he lets her know he’s here and that he enjoys her company but doesn’t use it against her and it’s so nice to see, he just wants her to know he enjoys her company and likes to spend time with her and you can feel he’s satisfied with getting any interaction with her
