Balsam Bay is a sleepy coastal city that hides many secrets. Shady scientists quarantine areas to research what could be tainting the island’s waters, the polluted swamp alters the wildlife into twisted shapes, and eerily cheerful residents pretend they don’t see anything lurking in the shadows.
