I used to draw and doodle in mini sketchbooks at work so often. Any book small enough to fit in my pocket worked. I don’t really find myself in a position like that anymore because I work from home

that being said journaling and drawing over it in my sketchbook is therapeutic, i like to get the bad thoughts out and seal them underneath my art. i feel like its a healthy way of getting rid of them and slowing down to think about whether or not the things im feeling are true.
