I am now officially married to @triedtostayaway !!

I managed to get a cold two weeks before the wedding that turned into a nasty lingering cough, learned I was allergic to mucinex (or at the very least my body is not a fan), and made it through the night on multiple prescription meds that may or may not have been prescribed to me. And it was still a wonderful, perfect celebration, and now I have a wife!

My dad was mistaken for the rabbi cause he has a large beard (actual rabbi is nonbinary and in their thirties) and my father-in-law sang along passionately to Pink Pony Club. @cone-flower did the splits and we even got @hazelspindle to dance briefly. @a-lady-and-a-scholar looked amazing in lilac. And we even had our beloved hockeyblr mutual @cardiaccanesblog to sing sweet Caroline.

Now I’m going to spend my “honeymoon” (three days off work) watching columbo and sleeping on the couch while I suffer the consequences of being very active with a chest cold. But I couldn’t be happier.

We're not going to win the ECF; that much is obvious. So let's do the winner of the WCF a favor and take him out. Maybe it'll give the Canes a confidence boost for next year, because I can't handle watching us choke in the third round again.
