Every night I have a special routine with my baby that helps her feel comfy and get ready for bed! It’s my favorite time of the day because while my mornings and afternoons are, sometimes, spent without her, my evenings are always with her💛🐻✨

I tuck her in with her bedtime bear

I find a book to read a bedtime story from (lately it’s been 5 minute Winnie the Pooh stories)

After I’m done reading to her, I turn the lights off

I sometimes tell her an original story I come up with if she asks for one

I sing her a special bedtime song (or two)

I tell her I love her and say goodnight

My little cub is so super cute and I just love having these special moments with her. Maybe this will inspire you to make a routine like this with your caregiver/little one!💛✨

So that means if someone is trying to judge you or label you something you’re not, you should stay away from them, not just because they might not like your interaction, but also because you should put your mental health first always. Labels are sometimes harmful and you are always in control of what you label yourself. Nobody can take that from you✨🐻🌈

So ignore/block anon hate and those who want to confine you in a box so that they can make you feel unsafe; they’re not right and your regression is more complex than what you call it.
