Yo lost all my friends yesterday, i still miss my ex and my dog died this morning.

Last night i legit lost all my friends and snorted like 4 ritalin pills. The comedown is so shit i got 0 sleep and my dog died this morning. Like damn bro the only good thing about this is i lost 3 lbs.

Yo i got this massive toothache and cant be arsed to eat so tbh in my opinion thats good. It hurts like a bitch thinkin ille go to the hospital later on today to get it checked out. I would of left it longer so i dont eat but its a massive cavity and i dont want to get it pulled.

Ugh i just despise the fact i have urges to eat its so hard to restrict after u just started relapsing hard. I was healthy for 2 years. Whatever fuck that now...
