And that will be me!” Luffy explained and declared, equally excited and happy to be sharing the tale of Gol D Roger again, as well as sharing his adventure.
Cherish let out a small chuckled to hear his dream. Being the king of the pirates, reminded her of Cherish. Her battle is for the kingship of her world. Nicole leans back “I think you’ll be the King, after all, you have the heart and that’s all you need,” she told him.
Upon hearing of her encouragement, Luffy laughed merrily in response.
“Shishishi, thank you miss...” Luffy started to speak out, before realizing he never got her name. “Oh, excuse me. Who are you miss? I’m Monkey D Luffy; the man who will be king of the pirates!” he eagerly greeted her, holding out his hand for her to shake.
Blushing softly as she was leaning into his hand, Angelo enjoyed the kiss while he heard her sweet words. “That sounds divine, Cherish…I shall aid you in whatever way possible to ensure it happens…”
🍓 “I’m glad and” she gave him a soft smile “If I really do have your child, I’ll marry you… even if we’ll be apart, I’ll find a way to be with you” she said wrapping her arms around him and held him tightly.
Smiling as he heard of her pledge, Angelo turned Cherish around in the hug in order to kiss her forehead. “Mmm...many thanks, my love...” he spoke sincerely, running his fingers through her hair. “I promise I shall be a loving father and husband...”
“Marvelous. Lets head out than…” he gracefully returned, smiling down at her as he slid his fingers gently though her hair. “I thank you for your kindness, Cherish. I do hope I can continue making your family happier…” he proposed, sighing happily. “Yes, it is, isn’t it? But with you here, it becomes even more favorable…”
🍓 Cherish lean into his hand giving him a smile “You don’t need to thank me, I love you with my heart and soul” she leans up and kisses him softly before breaking away “I promise, I’ll make sure that we’ll have a wonderful life and I’ll find a way to have us both be in each other arms” she said.

“Heh, well hopefully I can get you comfortable with the idea than…” he laughed playfully, pulling her in by the side into a sideways hug, walking with her towards the dating spot. “So; maybe we could talk about something to break the ice?”
🍓 ”Sure, we can talk about what we’ve been doing” she wraps her arms around his arm “You know, you really make life better, other than Nicole and my brother” she felt the soft wind touching her cheek “The weather is so lovely”

“Hmm, all I remember is waking up on here to from a barrel” Luffy recalled. “I got caught in a whirlpool and hid in one to survive…” Luffy shrugged it off upon looking at the island again. “So, just how long till we reach shore?”
“At leats another five minutes, think you can last that long mate?” she asked him as she placed her telescope away and leans back a little “So, you’re a pirate eh? funny never knew they were real” she shrugs.

🍓 Cherish chuckled and nodded “Of course” she held his hand “I’m glad you like the idea, I’m not used to going on a date with you… I’m always too busy with the missions” she said.

A bit surprised at the hug, he slowly hugged her back, not wanting to let her go either. His head rested on her shoulder as he sighed in defeat. “If you really insist…can you at least tell me what it is about?” he questioned.
🍓 “Riou is getting more restless with each day going by” she let go of him “I don’t want people to be around this place or talking to Riou… I don’t want anyone else” she looked to the side “I know it sounds selfish of me, but if you were in my shoes, you’ll understand” she said.
Sighing softly, Angelo bowed his head in disappointment, softly nodding. “Ah...I can’t change your mind, I guess...” he explained almost silently. “...Ah, very well...Please, take care, because; if I somehow heard you fell...I can’t promise you what I will do after that...”
Long Vent about something that’s probably nothing that’s bothering me:
Okay, I really gotta vent this off; it’s been clawing at me for some time and I just can’t be quiet anyone...
The idea of the character (as well as the character) Junko Enoshima just makes me uncomfortable all around. I mean, yeah, she is just yet another villain who wants to create destruction for fun, but yet, for some reason...
People love her, both in game and out of game.
In game, it at least makes sense as they are trying to sell the idea that she is able to do everything she did (and there is a anime saying that it’ll elaborate on Ultimate Despair’s fall into despair), but the problem is that even if the anime and everything else after that further elaborates and tries to make it seem as logical as possible, I just can’t believe it. I mean, I’m supposed to believe that Junko was able to get just about the entire WORLD under despair rule just by her words and actions convincing people to go through with such a terrible plan? No; just no...
And in case further evidence says why she did it was that she made her underlying motive so secretive, that just begs the question on when it came up and why no one bothered to stop it once it was unveiled? Was it that EVERYONE who was working with her at that point (which is probably like a country size at most), gave into despair? Honestly, it brings up this comic and what I think would of happened if Junko actually had a reasonable experience with her goal about despair being possible.
Yeah; see the problem? The fact that NO-ONE out of the 7.125 BILLION people of the world managed to stop her is something I just can’t buy, especially considering just how HEINOUS and DESPICABLE she is while she is reveling in her despair. And this apparently started FROM BIRTH! Is she in a world where everyone has only low double digit IQ points and she got triple digits?
As for the “In our world” part of why I’m uncomfortable with Junko...really?
People genuinely love her character?
I just see a stereotype trying to be serious in a detective serious, but if you really love her yet won’t be a bad person, more power to you I guess.
I can’t believe I had to say that last sentence; from what I read online, people were cutting “despair” into their arms and were considering failing at life just to please Junko, a FICTION CHARACTER I want to add...
Given everything I read online in my life, I COULD write it up as bullshit, but you never really know...
If such a character IS that powerful that just by her mere existence she can ruin people, we could have a SERIOUS problem if this spreads to other games...
I know I may just be looking too deep into a game where blood is pink and people die by spinning on motorcycles and being launched into space by arm rockets and injections, but the idea of a female Adolf Hitler being global and world-wide is terrifying to me, and the fact that such a fanbase is real...
If by some misfortune she actually DOES exist, I wouldn’t be surprised if more than a couple fans of hers decide to join her for despair, like people did for ISIS...
And that is the kind of thing that keeps me up at night...
