We did some experimenting with macarons today. These are made with coconut flour. So tall!

Vanilla panna cotta, lemon cream mousse and orangesicle mousse shots. The amount of desserts my team and I were able to produce this week is sort of mind blowing. 1400 pieces yesterday alone. Its been a crazy week, I am super thankful its the weekend!

Finally got a chance to snag a picture of something I made at work! Egg nog panna cotta with a candied cranberry and pumpkin seed garnish. Made the egg nog from scratch too. :) they're delish.

Wedding cake and cupcakes for one of the cutest couples I've ever seen. It was so much fun making this spread today, and I'm so humbled and honored they trusted me with this task on their big day! Red velvet and garham masala spiced squash cupcakes, cream cheese icing on everything, and adorable fondant leaves for this perfect fall wedding. I love how everything turned out and I had an amazing time partying at this wedding! ❤ 😘
