Does anyone else just go through periods of like hating themselves to the point they can't look in the mirror to loving the way they look and thinking they are the hottest girl and taking photos and selfies. Same with food, from binging to total starvation. From having my life organised and clean to crying for days and wondering if the only way out is de@th? And these so called "period" last from either years or months or days to literal hours and minutes.

Oh my I feel so good today. I went the whole day with 0 cal and I know this doesn't sound that impressive but as someone who can't stop binging this is so cool for me. Like iv done 24 hour fasts before but I found it really really hard and I'm pretty sure I just end up eating junk the next day but I'm already going to sleep and I don't even feel hungry. I got a vape which has basically been my life saviour this whole day. I mean I was at a friend's house and he was ordering five guys (fast food burger place) and I didn't even give in. On the realistic side I will probably have to eat tomorrow because I'm home all day and my parents will definitely be asking questions if I don't but im going to skip breakfast, order in sushi or an acai bowl or something healthy like that and then eat a tiny/ no dinner. I feel really good and I'm genuinely praying not mess up my progress and binge tomorrow like i usually do. But im happy with how today went. Yay me!!
