Dr. Sydney Webb is a menace who indulges in less than ethical biological experiments designed purely to sate her own curiosity and pleasure. Said experiments range from "How much cake can this woman eat before she passes out" to "What happens when I splice the DNA of this girl with plant matter".
The devious doctor has nigh unlimited funding and resources to put her experiments into action thanks to a deal she's struck with the director of her research institution. As long as Dr. Webb continues to provide the director with medication to mitigate her blueberry allergy (something that mysteriously appeared only after Webb's employment began), then she gets to do whatever she wants.
Sydney can often be found working late in her lab, tending to her previous test subjects (The ones who are fond of her at least, there are of course those less than thrilled with their new forms), or selling off her formulas for other kink-minded individuals to use.

Miss Orchidaceae is a humanoid plant woman who has the unique ability to conjure vines and fruits stemming from her own body. She often uses a combination of fruit and nectar to 'punish' those who encroach too far onto her territory. She might seem disinterested on the surface, but she's always thrilled to have a new plaything.
Natalie was not always a plant/woman hybrid. There was a simpler time in her life where her main concerns were less based on turning women into pathetic plump masses for her own amusement and more centered on obtaining her botany degree. A desperation for tuition money led to her volunteering to be a test subject for Dr. Webb, and the rest is history.
The verdant vixen can often be found in the forest near Webb's research institution, patiently waiting for the day she can get her revenge. Unlike Webb's method of trickery, Natalie will be quite direct with those who wind up in her territory. If you don't want to wind up a blimp, you are to leave the way you came. Although... Some who are less than kind to nature don't receive a warning before she pounces.

Linwood Bakery is the perfect one-stop shop for all of your sweet tooth needs! The bakery's popularity has dwindled since its heyday in the early 2000s (back when Layla's mother still owned and operated the establishment), but Layla has been doing her damndest to restore the place to its former glory ever since inheriting it!
Layla just has one little issue when it comes to making sure her customers lives are all things sweet: She has a bad habit of sometimes turning them into sweets. She knows that she shouldn't and it's a habit that she's (not) really trying to break! But how can she ignore a pretty lady who's just thirty pounds too thin, or a gal who would just be perfect as more cake than girl.
Her devious impulses have led her to seek out her mother's old secret recipes, and even some of the products put forward by that mysterious Dr. Webb. Layla doesn't much care where she gets the means to make her favorite customers far more sugary than when they walked in, just that their hips make it difficult for them to leave~

Stella, also known by her stage name Stellar Stella, is a rising star crushing the charts for her popular Game Show streams. These broadcasts are strictly for mature audiences only, and showcase the fabulous feline as the host! New contestants every week/day/stream face the dire stakes of either besting the pretty kitty at her own game or going home woefully different from how Stella found them!
While she will typically provide an avenue for success, Stella is purrfectly fine with stacking the deck against her co stars. After all, when gifted with the ability to warp reality to her whims, why should she give these darlings a fair chance?
