Back in May Brian went tubeless on the rear. It was such a pain in the butt to do that he decided he'd wait and see if it was worth it before making the front tubeless. On today's ride he decided it was. This big ol' nail is in his rear tire, luckily not in the front, and he was still able to ride. #gotubeless #surlypugsley #surlyknard (at Durham Park)

Sometimes #coffeeculture gets a little out of control, sometimes Instagram makes you feel like your #coffeeoutside set up is inferior. We have tried a lot of techniques and used a variety of equipment, in the end they all do the same thing- make a cup of coffee. Our favorite is cowboy coffee, throw some ground coffee in boiling water, let it settle for a few minutes and pour. TIPS- a splash of cold water will help settle the grounds. A pinch of salt will make 💩 coffee less bitter and taste smooth. Over a camp fire it always tastes better.

To celebrate 20 years of marriage we spent a few days camping and riding our bikes in the mountains. We stayed at a reservoir that is fed by another reservoir through these pipes.
