Story time

okay so yesterday I decided to Be Healthy and do a workout, right? and I must've pulled something because then later on, I had pain on the left side of my chest.

Also extremely relevant: I have been diagnosed with health anxiety

So naturally I decided I was having a heart attack. And if you know anything about anxiety, you know that when you're anxious...you get chest pain.

So I start thinking omg I'm gonna die, this is awful...who's gonna update my tumblr (not really but yeah). But I didn't go to the ER because I also like...knew I was being dramatic. Like the pain wasn't how heart pain is supposed to feel. and also the ER is expensive in the US even with insurance. but even thought I knew that, I couldn't convince myself completely.

so the result was I didn't sleep. I had nightmares about death (and also school lol). And now I'm tired.

And then today when i went to workout again and it HURT I realized. I'm just an idiot.

So the moral of the story is, don't work out or be healthy because then you don't sleep, ig
