"Wow, this is for me?" Cakes grinned brightly and hefted up the Tasque plush with very little effort on their part, shifting their grip on it so they could hold it with one hand before scooping Cap'n up in their other arm into a hug. "Thanks, Cap'n. I'll definitely get you something too, once I can think of a good gift," they said with a smile. "I've been saving up what I've been making from selling those CD bagels. Do you think Sweet would mind if I spent some of it?"

K_K poked their head in to check on Cap’n - Sweet had been getting a bit worried since they hadn’t come down yet for dinner. “Hey, Cap’n? You gonna come eat with us? We’re having spaghetti code, and Sweet even made cookies for dessert.”

*Oh yeah- I forgot we need food and stuff.. uh.. yeah I'll eat!

K_K smiled and gave Cap’n a playful nudge as they walked down to the table together. Clickbait had taken up a position at the table as well, and though the plush couldn’t technically eat K_K had given them a bowl of cat food anyway. “Everything looks delicious, doesn’t it?” they asked Cap’n with a grin before digging into their meal.

\\He didn't have much to say, just quickly sitting down and eating with a big smile on his face. They kicked their feet gently as they ate.\\

As K_K ate, they hummed a little between bites. Sweet had really outdone themself on this one, and they would need to remember this when they bought their gift. Maybe a cookbook and something else, to show their appreciation?

That was probably because Clickbait was a plushie and not an actual Tasque, but K_K seemed pretty happy with how dinner was going. They even offered to help with the dishes once they were finished with their food, doing the washing part of the task even though normally they hated doing dishes.

We can get something for Sweet while we’re there too, so they don’t feel left out.”

They’d have a lot of fun pushing Cap’n around too - maybe they could even have shopping cart races, if it wouldn’t get them tossed out of the store. “I bet they do, we can stop and grab something to eat if we’re hungry after shopping.”

Hey, Cap'n? The teacher says we have to be study partners for the group project. Do you wanna hang out in the computer lab and pretend to do work? Someone printed out a bunch of pictures of almond milk and lay them on top of the beatbox, speaker, and CD player in the corner, tho, so that might be annoying.

Cakes grinned brightly and hefted up the Tasque plush with very little effort on their part, shifting their grip on it so they could hold it with one hand before scooping Cap'n up in their other arm into a hug. "Thanks, Cap'n. I'll definitely get you something too, once I can think of a good gift," they said with a smile. "I've been saving up what I've been making from selling those CD bagels. Do you think Sweet would mind if I spent some of it?"
