After watching this a bunch of times (and fangirling every time), something dawned on me.
Does Wilson…know Charlie?
Seriously, watch the bit where she reveals herself to him. How does he react? He’s not just happy to see her, he tries to get up to walk closer to her. Would you do that to someone you never met before? Not likely!
Guys, what if Wilson knew who Charlie was before all of this Like, before even the events that lead to Maxwell and Charile’s final performance? I’m not saying they were lovers, but maybe friends? Or even family?
If you look back at the William Carter puzzle, it’s suggested that some of the characters have had some sort of connection with each other before everything happened.

Who are the three characters we see in the final comic to the puzzle? The ones that come out of the portal?
Wes, Wendy, and Wolfgang.
They are the three characters hinted to have had some form of connection with William (AKA Maxwell) during the William Carter puzzle a few years back. Hell, Wendy may even be related to Maxwell!

I’d buy this. There’s also the whole hair thing, they’ve both got similiarish shape/growth of hair going on when Charlie’s isn’t styled in place.
